Sir I have no words to thank u. I was solving Prev year paper in which this very qn came :
The Cooperative binding of O2 in hemoglobin is due to:
1. A decrease in size of iron followed by changes in protein conformation
2. An increase in size of iron followed by changes in the protein conformation
3. A decreasing size of iron that is not accompanied by the protein conformational change
4. A increase in size of iron that is not accompanied by the protein conformational change
I could never have solve this if I haven't watch this video.
I don't go to coaching and I don't know even they tell about this concept or not.

Fe is in +3 in oxyhemoglobin given in cotton Wilkinson . What would be form of bounded O2 in oxyhemoglobin .
