My tricks for memorise for D term 1694 and for F term 2783 ....for d orbital..u have to use same order for tetra and octa in case of D term 1694 in both.

In Td, there is no centre of symmetry therefore the terms are not gerade as in case of Oh. So T2g and Eg may replace withT2 and E terms.
