      Only the men. Everyone cares about women. They don't need stoicism. We do. No one cares if we live or die.

    In few words stop being a victim of circumstance, take charge of making good choices, be positive, mindful, know to let go what you can't control.

    Strength and love are often eclipsed but never vanish, as the tribulations of life come and go, much like the passing clouds, but behind it all, is the same sky with the same colours of life we've always known. The more we take the time, the more we see the truth in our lives and what matters to us all.

    I have been sitting back trying to get a taste of what it is the feeling that I am sensing and I found myself to have resilience but when I went to look for it’s definition/deeper meaning I could only find general information, coming across this video gave the locked door in my brain an handle and just like … WOW truly I am likely to spread and share this video as it will likely go over some ppls head but mannn things like this when you need it are deep and truly inspiring. It gives me a sense of life that goes beyond modern day thinking, something yeah either you have it or you don’t but not only that you can inherit I might sound crazy to some people as I would to myself but truly it’s something beautiful🙏🏾🤲🏽🏆

      Tesilience is usually found in children. They usually bounce back pretty well..later on when they figure things out for themselves and they start yo see certain patterns, that's when you see that maybe things weren't as ok as they seemed.

    When Sir Edmond Hillary conquered Mt Everest he returned to base camp and responded to his fellow companions…“We knocked the bastard off”!
    It was stoic wisdom that gave him the power to conquer his odyssey and the mountain that became beloved to him.
    May we all conquer mountains, flourish and feel blessed.
    Eudaimonia…what a beautiful word.

    My endeavor to expand my voluntary expectance of life and how to grow through my challenges and learn not to react. It is working. Over a year now and I have never been happier.

    • @robynmeyer7796
      @robynmeyer7796 8 місяців тому

      A key to ‘not reacting’ is to ‘respond’ instead…it gives the you power of choice. To add a little twist…sometimes not responding (outwardly) is yet another choice of response.
      It takes practice to form a habit and I hope one day you look back with a smile and view your endeavours as an odyssey…you deserve it. Stay happy.

    My problem is I don’t know HOW to change the beliefs that triggered the emotional response….when my husband doesn’t listen to me and walks out and shuts the door right in th middle of my sentence then tell me how to change my belief about that hahahah he has a million excuses but it’s a,ways the same end result he doesn’t care about how I feel what I think or what I say so there’s no point in talking to him anymore and ultimately we separated ….I wish I could change the belief but idk how

    Define "virture". Like not stealing, raping, or killing. Not spending 2 much $? Not eating 2 much? Not being lazy? Giving 2 "charity"? Being honest with yourself & others? What? Help me "understand".
