My truck, which I have a loan on and is a year since I purchased - needs a 8000 dollar engine. I have a few hundred dollars. I have tons of bills. Because of faith in God and stoicism - I have total presence of mind and I am not mad angry upset or whiny. I will overcome

1 thing i realized and it took me years to learn is that all the hard times that tried to break me and all the times i yelled at god for help and thought i was alone, He was always there, as the devil broke me down, God was building me back to be unbreakable. Your worst challenges are gonna be your greatest blessings you just cant see it yet.

I just prepare myself emotionally & mentally, keeping an open mind. I do self talk, so that I can take & cope with whatever the consequences. Learn from mistakes & just keep moving forward. Every failure makes me a stronger person.

Great vid! I am so glad that I started down this path and only wish I'd known about this decades ago! They really need to include this as mandatory learning, not just reading, and it should start in high school, maybe even middle school! I certainly think we would be producing a better and more emotionally developed younger generation! Anyway, thanks for the awesome video!

I saw your post in upwork.
I can definitely help you grow your audience. The books I've read that is related to your channel would be meditations by marcus Aurelius, Obstacle is the way, the subtle art of not giving a fuck, can't hurt me, etc.
    here's my 30-60 words hook:
"We often think that calculating every single option will gain us control.

But in the end, the future is still out of control. Which is same for the past, as we can’t control it either.

The only thing we have control over is our actions in the present moment, which creates a new past and influence the future."
I help individuals improve their personal brand and boost their sales through copywriting. But I also post youtube contents about self improvement.

Totally agree, but how then to answer this classic job interview question and still get hired: “tell me about your ability to multitask”… its rare that any employer would rate very highly if a candidate would give an honest answer to this question.
