OP Blood and Cold Samurai Build Featuring Double Slash! ⚔️ (Elden Ring Patch 1.09.1)

- Hey all. This is a fun Samurai Dexterity and Bleed Build for Elden Ring! This includes double slash as well as frost too. This is a powerful build and setup you can use to cruise through the majority of bosses with ease!
For this we used:
-Nagakiba +25 with Keen Affinity
-Bloodflame Blade
-Nagakiba Cold (any)
-Any Seal
Talismans:
-Lord of Blood’s Exultation
-Rotten Winged Sword Insignia
-Dragoncrest
-Shard of Alexander
Thorny and Faith Tear.
Buff with Golden Vow and Flame Grant Me Strength.

I’ve seen quite a few of the single nagakiba with BFB enchanted on it. But I love that you took it a step further with the extra frost proc damage for the fire frost reset that is poetry

u proc bleed turn it off w frost and then re proc looks deadly
also I wonder if u can benefit from Rannis hat that buffs cold
It’s a fun setup and nah that’s only for frost spells unfortunately.
Its better to use the bloodflame first before flame grant me strength because bloodflame last 1 min but Flame grant last 30 seconds only.
While that’s true it’s just a few seconds different. I like to fill up FP after buffs too. But yeah you can absolutely do it before 👍
How would u set up this build if I used the ROB blade instead of the regular nagi
Solid go arcane and Dex. Lord of bloods, rotten winged, Millicent’s prosthesis, etc.
I have a possibly dumb question. I’ve been using the Dragonscale Blade, dex and faith build. I was thinking about adding points into arcane and using dragonscale blade in my right hand and rivers of blood, or any katana with bleed on it really, on my left.
Would that be okay? Or would I be better off doing the double slash/rivers of blood in my right hand and infusing another katana with cold for my left? Probably dumb, I really don’t know much about these things and what works better. I assume you’d want the bleed in your right hand so you can proc it more with your skills. Dragonscale has no bleed so maybe not the best choice. It’s too bad though cause it’s such a fun weapon and I’d hate to give it up.
Yeah Dragonscale blade is just okay, it’s not great. They can combo together on a Dex/arcane build. You can main hand whichever one you want because Dragonscale procs frost and ROB for bleed. Either/or works. Not a dumb question lol
@@TheKingofRedLightning Thanks for the response. I’m on NG+4 right now and I’d like to try something different. Your videos have been a lot of fun to go through for that reason. It felt like a silly question as I was typing it, since I remembered dsb doesn’t have bleed on it towards the end, and I wasn’t sure if that would work as well for a build like this. A cool weapon for sure but just lacking sometimes. Would look pretty stylish paired with RoB while it is buffed though!
What would you recommend I substitute one of the nagakibas for on first playthrough, since i can't get another one till NG+?
Uchigatana is available to grab right away, in the Deathtouched Catcombs in Northern Limgrave
What stats should you level up after your past 150?
Dexterity and vigor imo. Endurance and mind are good to have more of too 👍
So i have all the things i have equiped the nagakiba and blood flame but i cant use blood flame its not gray i have all that what i need the stats and the sword but i dont function
What affinity on the weapon? And you have 12 faith and 10 arcane?

Does the cold cancel out the fire part of the damage when dual weilding?
The fire allows you to re proc frost as many times as you can. It resets it after the % of HP comes off the boss.

Does not the flame effect reset the frost effect?
Fire can reset frost and allow you to quickly proc it again. The debuff is okay, but taking off chunks of damage can be great too. 🤘
@TheKingofRedLightning so if I understood, there are chances for it to not reset frost, and if it reset, the frost effect will be faster
@@adkiram fire always resets, just takes one hit. Then you can build it up & proc it again.
Isn't it better to use river of blood + cold nagakiba?
Not really. The ROB has been nerfed a ton, around 4 or 5 times since launch. It’s just “okay” now at best.
