man. your kid is crazy at long jump, im 14 and i only jump around 6. your sons 12 and his jumping 6 already, do you know what he is ranked in the world?
+Jonathan Liu Thanks for viewing. It is nice to see his improvement but he does it for fun and trying to do PBs. We work on the theory that no-one can take his achievements from him although he may stop athletics at any time. If you want to jump further then run faster, get high and forward and don't look down.
why would he want to stop athletics. if he's jumping 6 meters when he's only 12 or 13, he could become an Australian National athlete, and be in the Olympics if he worked hard enough. because 6 meters for a 13 year old is not something you usually see
+Jonathan Liu He is now jumping 6.28m at 13 . His priorities may change or he may cease improving. At the moment he trains for 7 events for the heptathlon .This could change if he loses motivation. If interested view his heptathlon video.
I‘m 14 but am very small definitely a decent amount smaller than him when he was 12 but jumped 5.88 meters a week ago which has been my best jump so far. Respect to your son though for being that good at his age.
6 metres as a 12 year old is crazy in 13 and only just get 5m

I’m the best jumper in my class and I can only jump 5m at 13 years old :(
But I jump on grass lmao
@@s6hizo that’s pretty good man puberty will hit and you might be able to push 6.5+ with a lot of training
Wow, and he won by nearly a full metre on the other lads. Crazy jumping, love it.
He was 12 yrs old. I have no idea about England's school system. He lives in Australia. Thanks for your interest.
