I will never get tired of the Warriors been a fan since my dad showed me the movie when I was 4. I played the game made by Rockstar as well. Its so cool knowing that most of these guys voiced their character in the game. Cleon was always a Warrior that I wish was in the movie more so its good to see him get most of the spotlight in Rockstars release of The Warriors (2005)

I've seen The Warriors 100 times. Can't even count how many times me and the neighborhood kids would play in the streets as Warriors. We'd have fake rumbles, foot chases weaving in and out of peoples yards and hopping fences and climbing on garage roofs....this movie was very much a part of my life when I was a kid. In my 50's now and everytime it pops up on TV, thats where the clicker points.

Snow was the coolest, but Vermin I thought was the most comical. He got thrown through the air and got smashed against a mirror in the bathroom fight scene. After watching this movie a few times, I couldn't help but start laughing whenever I saw this. Swan, Michael Beck, has aged really well. He's 72 in this interview.

    Hey Boppers,
My name is Moise Morancy. I’m the writer, director and producer on this proof of concept. I also star as Cleon in this. If you’re like me, someone who appreciates and loves “The Warriors,” you know in 2005, Rockstar created a video game based on the cult classic and gave a backstory to how the gang was formed. Myself and others believe this needs to be remade as a prequel. No one can hold a candle to the originators but I wanted to pay homage and give them their flowers. Because they weren’t good…they were “the best.”
    I hope you enjoy! 🙏🏿

I must've seen this film 100's of times. The music, the vibe and action sequences. I grew up in Rockaway Beach in Queens during the Playland days back in the 80's, very very similar to Coney Island. I always feel at home watching this film. The Best.

Comic Cons,at least in the case of those being put on (Tampa) Florida, are totally missing the mark in not have such actors from Classic cult movies(The Warriors)
as guests. The outward humble personalities, humor
    and disclosed on-the-movie set info
is much appreciated. Thanks for sharing 👍

"Swan is war chief." My friends and I spent junior year of high school (1991) just quoting this movie. My friend Steve, who had since passed away, would humor us all with the most obscure quotes. God, I miss him!

"The Warriors" is that kind of movie that you watch it once and then you want to watch it again, and again, and again...
You know the whole story and what happen every minute yet you want to watch it again.
    "You are good !"
"No, we are the best !"
    WARRIORS !!!

@@GrifterTheBoyIdiot yeah but in the movie, according to the actor who plays Cleon (in another interview ) he gets killed. And the Novel wasn’t an exact adaptation either. The author was known to dislike the movie becuse of Walter Hills “loose” interpretation. Can u dig it??😎👌

Saw it at the theater when it came out and literally hundreds of times over the years, it never gets old. The Warriors are "The Best" and it is one of the best films ever made. The video game was very good as well, it really expanded on The Warriors world and characters .Thanks for this!

Hello, Denise, The Warriors is a cult classic, it's a masterpiece!!! It's a Mona Lisa painting...... you can't redo it, never catch that moment or feel of that time period..... They've done that with Magnum PI, Hawaii 5 - O, and tried to do remakes of a lot of classic movies and it's not the same,........ The only one I can think of were they did an awesome job, The Thing !!! Directed by James Cameron, ...the original came out in the 60's 🤔, updated script and really good special effects.......... and the sequel was good too 👍.

as an big fan of this movie and the charackters i be verry happy to see the acteurs again. I'm still fascinated by the film. The acteurs, the music and the story and the making...just great
and it's of all 70s and 80s movies i know one of my top ten. I remember when i came home in the late 80ies an turn my tv on...i was ..i think 16 years old and i never heard about this movie.
my parents and my brother was sleep already and i see the film at intro was starting and i was megaflashed. It was on a channel without commercial breaks and so i watched the film alone from beginning to end without interruption. :) I never forget, and from this time untill today i have seen it so 8-10 times again. It's an evergreen to me.
