Literally every single one of those places are tourist traps or rubbish food by French standards (save Chez Francis, which I don’t know). Seriously, if you’re going to make a video about food, at least pick good quality and/or authentic places and learn a little about what you’re eating before you talk (enough has already been said about your lack of knowledge of the style of eggs you were eating)
