that is interesting, I actually thought of the same thing. to put a bead around the pipe to form a bulge or whatever its called to help keep the hose on. I don't have a fancy machine to roll that in there. but im still not sure if thats the way to do it, lol.

Machine is looking great ! Maybe an IR thermometer would be a handy tool to know what is going on when you start running it, you might need to add an extra inline pump to keep it flowing well. Great days to ya man !

I am heavily considering the inline pump.... but the internet says the stock one is fine as long as it doesn't run dry.... so we will see!

im mad at my welder. i drug it out of a shed. the leads need replaced but it sat so long the motor for the wire feed is locked up. and the company that built it went out of business. greeeeeaaaaat

Nice one! Is that gun fire I the background at the end?

Pretty cool setup and fabrication. I like the idea of mounting the radiator in the back and out of harm's way. Hopefully the pipes won't kink or bend if you bottom out. But then again, the axles, suspension and driveshafts are more likely to take a hit if you land on top of a big rock or something. Was that machine gun fire in the background at 9:45 ?

I used hard line for every really tough bend, but I’m hoping the water pump is stout enough! We will see!! And I live on Fort Benning it’s just about constant here
