I think easy this is not! You need so man gadgets and I didn't see any measurements because this person uses a scale. Too many steps, like why do you boil the lemon to add to the egg mixture, to then heat it again? Also why brush the chocolate on the cup to then make a chocolate and cream mixture to layer on the bottom of the cup? I hope this person reused what was left over from the brushed chocolate. It does look delicious, but not easy. This is how the chefs do it in restaurants and bakeries, not how regular people bake desserts. 😂

I really enjoyed the filming style and I appreciate being able to see each step clearly. This looks like a fun and enjoyable Sunday afternoon project. They look very tasty the ingredients work well together I can see that. Would be very enjoyable to have these special treats with some friends. So I know my friends would require several more to be made so as to satisfy they're sweet tooth
