Love to hear the usually composed Henry almost screaming his comments. His nervous energy and intensity is palpable. The Problem with the 765LT is the same one as the Senna. In order to maximize its performance you need an F1 circuit or the Nordschleife all to yourself. Now that I think about it, those who can afford the 765LT can definitely afford a Mclaren track day at either of these tracks.

Obviously, watching Sir Catchpole, reviewing the 765lt was the only one I was going to rush to watch but now having watch some other reviews, good as they may be, you can't better Mr catchpole.
Henry vs schmee? Not even a contest. Not even on the same planet. Henry And Chris Harris are the gold standards. Thank you as always for a brilliant video with amazing insight and analysis.
Loved watching this. Amazing the transformation from cautious, careful, and even anxious, first lap experience to absolute joy and confidence. Must be such a wonderful car to drive, and, as I can't, I'm stoked someone else can and so honestly shares the experience.
I’ve watched a few other video reviews of this car and it’s terrified the hell out of some of the presenters and they’ve disliked it for that reason. Henry on the other hand, is driving this thing with a massive smile on his face and having the time of his life thrashing it around the track. It’s why I love this channel. Another stellar Carfection film.
This channel has gotten me through some interesting times, thank you Henry and editors, for making such an incredible showcase of these cars. This channel is an outlet for me, and I absolutely love it, looking forward to many more.
Given that I know Henry enjoyed the P1, I'm interested to know how this compares. Isn't it strange how "The Trinity" cars were stars for seemingly 5 minutes now all but forgotten today.
Henry’s review and verdict of the 600 LT when it came out, he preferred it over the Senna 😳 for its overall driver ability, night praise in deed , the 765LT just turns the dial up a couple of notches 👍

Fabulous to share that at long range. Brilliant film as always and such an amazing car. They have achieved so much in a relatively short time. As you said they have already created a 'dynasty' of cars especially through the LTs. They must have fiendishly talented people!
The McLaren 765LT is the Ariel Atom 500 V8 of the supercar world. And probably the closest in terms of handling compared to all those heavier supercars on the market today. The way Catchpole eloquently describes the driving dynamics while pulling those G forces and slides ....
Brilliant vid! I feel that I got an understanding of what it was like to drive this beauty. Certainly a step up and in the right direction for the evolution of the 720s to the 765LT. Thank you Henry! 👍 🙏🏻
Good honest unbiased review on top gear video - not sucked in by the latest is the greatest bandwagon. 675LT is better than the P1 says it all. The 675LT is still the DADDY
When the 720S came out, my brain activity increased, and my imagination flourished. It was such a well all around car in terms of performance, experience and drivability. It was McLaren's serious intention to democratize super/hyper cars. We all know what Ferrari and Lamborghini bring to the table in terms of status symbols but the 720 was truly the super car next door to dream of. And then... the 765LT is the perfect iteration to the 720s. A raw, punishing, track-focused performance experience. Do you need a dopamine hit? Are you blue or down? Do you want your senses to experience something new? Do you want your own personal roller coaster? The 765LT is my number one choice for a weekend gateway. I can only think of Porsche as having similar duo of this quality with the 911 turbo S and the 911 GT3. I hope Mclaren understands what they were able to do with the 720s and 765LT, those two cars are neurotransmitters on wheels.
Excellent track review! Thank you Henry, really get to see how this exotic performance machine really behaves and how well they engineered it at the limit!
What I think makes Henry the best at this is his obvious enjoyment of driving and his ability to then distill why the car is fun to drive, explaining it in terms of driving dynamics rather than dry lap times. Well done 👍

Brendan Fitness and Money and McLaren‘s generic outside shots from the racetrack they let a test driver do and then give to all UA-camrs...
