The best months to avoid there especially metro manila & other big cities is from April to June is super hot & humid. July to September is rainy season. Best months to be there is from October to February
All these suggestions coming from a lot of concerned citizens yet they have fallen in deaf ears of the Intramuros administation. Just sack them all and replace them with new ones with vision and learn how other countries do them. I have no sympathy for them.
Dapat pala nagsasalita tayo ng Kastila kapag nasa Intramuros para feel natin yung Spanish Era at dapat may nakasuot dyan ng Filipiniana at Barong Tagalog.
