I had a stove top one many years ago, then I switched to electric one. Well…not the same entirely. I find that the stovetop one makes a much juicier and flavorful meat. I really love making pot roast. Throw your potatoes and carrots in on top and you have an easy one pot dinner. Some people are afraid of pressure cookers, but they have many steamer valves. I have never had one come close to blowing up on me. When you think about it, if that was the case, they wouldn’t even be selling them. Love this 8 quart one!! ❤ Great video!
Hi !! Thanks for reaching out. Check this link - basically you put the rice in a bowl, in a water bath and the steam and heat cooks it. Fascinating. www.gopresto.com/uploads/downloads/instructions/01370.pdf

I've never actually bought the electric ones because I found them to be slower to get to the end result
Can you please tell me how to cook rice in pressure cooker. I used to do it but I forgot.

Was hoping to see how to actually use it without blowing up
Well I did it and it didn't blow up. Done it several times without that happening.
But please note, my pressure cooker can handle it. Yours might not so read the manual first
@@SamsFoodChronicles If I wanted to read a manual I wouldn't be looking for a video.
Oh! You can see how I used it by checking out the fried chicken recipe or oxtail recipe on my page check them out.
@@christinebaker3293Why so nasty to her? Very unnecessary. She doesn’t owe you anything?
