What sort of points should I be aiming for as a lower runecrafter? I Started with just the small and medium pouch and was getting like 4-5 pts per round following this method and now I have the large I get 6. Is this expected rates or am I missing out on more points?
not having all the pouches means you might need to mine less than in the guide. When you finish your run, take whatever you mined that you have left and subtract that from your inital mine. that gives you a little more time to make more points. cant remember for sure but i think i got around 8 without giant pouch

how do u search the rewards chest if u just have infinite elemental points and no catalytic points? like if i do this strat until 800 ele points and 80 cata points, when is it supposed to even out?
Say i wanna do 500 reward chest at once. I will use this strategy maxing my 10 elemental points every run and getting maybe 1 catalytic point each run. Once i get to about 450 Ele points then ill ditch the combination runes to free up some space and focus on maxing catalytic points by only going to catalytic alters until i reach 1000 energy during that run, then ill try to get that extra ele point.

Just play normally. The reason you do catalytic separate from the elemental is so you can get more points per turn in. Thats because you dont have all the other runes in your inventory taking up space.

Im already getting 5 points in both catalytic and elemental per run so total of 10. I dont have lantern, colossal pouch or doing combo runs. Just playing normal and popping a cell down when i deposit. I can probably rake in ton more points if i throw combo runes in, but i dont see point in doing points seperatly. Doing both same run gives me options for crafting the more expensive runes
Yeah for money doing both is good. For for most points it's best to do them separately because you take up more inventory when combination runes. So when you do only catalytic, you gain an extra 3 slots
@@Mayoxs i now switched to combo runes but still no lantern or needle.. sometimes I reach 11 points. I just mine till around 25 seconds, make my essences, fill all 4 pouches. Craft runes, come out and drop my charged cell into barrier and hit portal. Pretty much just did that rotation. Make my own essence, then hit portal. In down time waiting for portal i'd mine some extra fragments. And after every time I craft runes I drop my charged cell into a shield for points. I have 98 mining and 95 RC rn and use varrock armour, I assume this would help a little as I mine more shards

so if its very active, the game ends up being shorter? cause I can't seem to get the extra 100 catalytic at all but maybe its just very active when im on
you have to take put in bank fillers to fill you bank completly. You also need to make sure that your runes you dont want deposited, have their bank space erased@@cbutts1455
What if you have colossal bag? Also the new update included runes crafted going into your rune pouch if you have it either empty or have the crafted runes already in there. So how would I compensate for those two things to optimize your setup
Put Astrals, Steam & Mud Runes into pouch. And only bring Water Runes. If it's water portal, do your cata run or use a talisman to go fire/earth/air. Alternately, swap Mud for Smoke to cast NPC contact to fix pouches if you're not using the NPC that you unlock inside the minigame.
Catalytic points is easy, just use as many rune pouches you have and clear the rest of your inventory. Only go to catalytic runes unless you don't have one unlocked. If you don't have lantern you should get about 9 points, with lantern you can max depending on your luck
How are you left with 1 charge on your binding necklace? Since its used 3x per craft, you can only do runes 5 times for a max of 750 points. Ive been trying to replicate this but cant do it

And with 16 on the binding necklace, you can only craft runes 5 times, 150 points each which adds up to 750. And then I have to craft the regular elemental to hit 1000. I'm not questioning you, I'm just wondering wtf I'm doing wrong because I'm using the same invy set up as you lol
Please explain to me how you can get max points in elemental without your binding necklace disintegrating. All 16 of my charges are gone long before I ever hit 1000 elemental points
because if you have my exact setup the energy you get will not change. So if you're missing giant pouch replace that slot with another necklace and put it on when the first breaks. Until you get all pouches
It uses 3 charges per run which leaves me at 750 points with only 1 charge left on the necklace. And sometimes barely enough time to do one more run not making combo runes. Maybe the games have just been sped up in the mass worlds when I do it due to the games having 200 people in there. I notice when there are less people in the mass world games I have more time to get a couple extra runs in.
seems like my binding necklace doesnt make it the whole game then i start losing energy gained.. any idea why this is? im starting each game with a full 16 binding
@@richieisstr8 Like i said in the video that if you want max efficiecy then you need to get the cells and shoot for overcharged or the one before that. Use it on the closest one and dont worry about getting xp from it or not. if you want a laid back way then just bank everything youre able to and just hit up the alters and do a regular run. Catalytic will be slower then elemnetal.
You get catalytic and elemental points based off of what rune you craft. So if you go into the fire alter then you will get elemental runes to deposit and if you go into the death alter you will get catalytic runes to deposit that gives you points for each rune. you give them to the big guardian to get the points

So the plugin is called "Rune Pouch". However if you have 4 different runes in your pouch then it will come up as a red bar rather than a actual number.
Personally i don't because i get enough points a run. You dont always get them overcharged puls then it makes you keep the talismens to get back into the overcharged alters. therefore you lose some inventory space. the way i do it is just more consistent and less of a headache tbh
You dont need water or fire to be up. any element will work. i bring both runes in case water is up i need somthing other than water to make combo runes. Just always remember to magic imbue

it would of broke if i didnt mess up on the 1 run but you can bring another if you want but id rather use it all up then grab a new 1. just to make life easier

As per the double thing, i looked into it and have no answers, I did a few more runs a few days ago and was still able to get 9-11 points every run depending on how full the lobby is. (less people = better chance for more points)
You might get 1 less point but just bring the runes to also use NPC contact to repair your pouches. I still did this method a lot just to get the lantern.
@@VoidOnyx35 It doesnt get "a few more points sometimes" it gives you a 10% chance of 2x point per action, on average its a 20% point increase, which is the difference between 9 and 11 points.

You can win and start in the portal as long as it spawns before guardian closes rift . Go on and wait for next game . Not always on a loss .
you can do that with catalytic. but when youre doing combination runes. you need to go get a new necklace of binding

It’s because the combination runes give you 50% more points then crafting regular runes

gotr helper and rune essence or pouch plugin. theyve changed them so some things like the portal path is gone.

how did you go from 150pts to 450pts is it the lantern?
yeah, the redwood logs give a chance at doubling the points. Another log does the same and at a higher chance aswell

Yeah, when the lobby is maxed at 200 or whatever. games go quicker

you need to use magic imbue before you can combine runes. if you dont have magic imbue yet then youre best off gettiing that first

Basically put eveything in the bank besides pouches and send it. you get a little more points if you decide to grab the 10 things. not worth imo

I just realized that redwood logs give the same as oak at a 5% chance to double. that i did not know.
i dont get it, i can get like 11 points on elemental but what about catalytic?
you can only get 1000 (10points) for either each run. so the other 100 at the end you go for catalytic

you can search the chest as many times as points you have.
they really need to lower the mining xp so ironmen stop just mining the entire time...
yeah but at the same time there is no fun mining in the game. So being able to skip a run every now and then and just let it mine is a good break.
