Grab a weak cell and use it on a barrier at the start, then go mine. If people don’t charge the barriers, you can lose while in the huge essence mine. You can still get all your points doing this, and you won’t lose. Secondly, RoE isn’t nearly as good as a celestial ring. Run energy is never an issue since giving the guardian essence restores run. That +4 mining boost helps while getting fragments, and the double ore effect when the ring is charged works here.

i like to do a few hours collecting any rune i possibly can while being bias to ones i want, then do a few games ballancing out the points before going to the reward guardian
To repair your essence pouches once they will be degraded. With npc contact you call dark mage and through the dialogue you can repair pouches with him while remaining inside the minigame.

You think the new blood rune altar will be worth it? Does the new outfit works in the ourania altar? does them stack with ardougne diary? I'm sad the lantern requires firemaking to be useful, i don't have 90 which is exactly the one needed for not degrading the pouches. Is it just me or the new pet looks very ugly? they should have it morph between the different abyss attackers at least.
Im pretty sure you can put 2 tiers higher into the shield slots and they will upgrade 1 tier. Iv put overcharged into weak walls and they became medium walls i believe.
Question: I started this game wrongly and mainly focused on catalytic runes, so I'm way imbalanced now. If I now only focus on the elemental to get the point into balance, does it still help to get better rewards?

You kill abyssal creatures in the abyss. You can get all 4 pouches at any level but you can't use them before levels 25, 50, 75. And the pouch you make with the needle requires 85.
Take an uncharged celestial ring, no need for the ring of endurance, or graceful. You'll never run out of run energy playing this mini-game. Also take a blood essence for those extra blood runes!

You can't trust Jagex claims of exp per hour or gold per hour. There's different ways to play the game to maximize your exp or gold per hour. 60k is definitely not the limit.
Follow everyone else do what they are doing , * make runes * it will show u which alter is available I'd high level can use higher alter shown in corner of screen after make runes deposit them .... If get object in inventory after making runes use it on guy middle extra points . Rinse . Repeat . Gratz ur no longer a noob 🎉
Focusing on only one type per game sounds so fucking dumb. You go to elemental when it is not blood death or nat, too simple... if you find yourself lobsided with too much cat. then make your cut for just blood or death, otherwise elemental. This optimizes xp and profit by A LOT.

My guides are mostly aimed at people with prior knowledge being that an overwhelming percentage of the community has played this game before, so sorry I'm not catering to people like you. So when you say "impossible to see a single trip" that sounds more like a you problem given how small the arena is where you can piece together where to go with minimal effort.

To me, it seems the best way to get 7points pet run consistently seems to be mining only 150 essence , crafting 20, and the fully focusing on one type of rune. & after that, going into one of the portals mining a full inv, runecrafting that into runes and going back to the table to craft more from the essence you mined at the beginning. & just alternating between that and actually using the portals. 1 run of table crafting, 1 run of portal mining. I feel like what made me like the guides the most instructive is seeing live explanations. I get that there are many ways you can play the mini game, but coming to a decisive conclusion on what the best method for different goals like maximizing points and exp is still to be decided and am very interested to see what you come up with, if you still are interested in covering this mini game in the future. A recent update made it so you can pay 25 pearls to Tamara to unlock the ability to repair pouches without it. Every repair costs 1 pearl
