Wow, I just emailed you yesterday about your programs and hadn't seen this video. Told you what a giver I am to others but can't find energy for myself. Then as I watched this you talk about the need to give to yourself first as a tip for success. I'm thinking this is just one more arrow pointing me in your direction! Thoughts - why menopausal women sleep bad even on keto ? And as soon as having carbs even as in fruits or white rice or PUFA free icecream like haagendaaz sleep instantly improves ?
It depends really menopausal women that go on carnivore often say that they are better on carivore. I think it depends on what you eat and if it's green vegetables because that tends to mess with that kind of stuff.
@@cheeseyboy2121 no green veggies, no grains, talking fruits as carb and squashes (white rice too) but never eaten alone . Raw Milk is great carb and sugar in one, add bee pollen and sleep is guaranteed .
@@anir8023 you can relate this to tribal people on keto/carnivore diets unfortunately that's the only long term studies out there so far. Menopause doesn't seem to affect them too greatly unlike westerners but there can be many things behind it like consistent diet grounding and the sharing of bacteria.
PSMF BREAD My Tips: 1. Watch the UA-cam video. 2. Use real eggs and separate the whites 3. Whip the heck out of them! Everyone under-whips the whites 4. Don’t use protein powders that have fat. Fat causes whites to fall 5. Do not touch the whites with any water. Not a drop 6. Don’t make it on a humid day unless you have AC. The whites will fall. 7. Leave it in the oven after it bakes. I leave it in for at least 30 minutes. 8. Slice it the next day when completely cool. 💖💖💖💖💖
