This was a great watch. That Jaya panel is such a mystery but its also wonderful. Oda has always been very direct about conveying the core themes of OP. Blackbeard's speech, Luffy's entire character etc. are perfect examples. OP delivers it's themes very directly through one of the most well crafted narrative/worlds I've ever seen and that's the beauty of it. I genuinely can't believe how people say it's not "complex" or "deep" LIKE ARE WE READING THE SAME THING

This was dope in a series were inherited will dreams and goals is set by one’s willpower. Luffy is one that seeks to be the freest on the sea and his quest of being the freest is liberating the people around him even if it’s destined it don’t fell forced or set in stone it feels natural and free. This is one of my favorite Luffy analyses videos I have ever seen many people think Luffy is a character with little development but the fail to see that he has the most character development in almost every arc he is developing to the ultimate liberator and the freest man in the world
