ive been using krita for years this is like discovering a new world omggg
I need to blur just the edge of the colour ,how to do that
You can either use a gaussian filter with a masked off portion, or one of the blur brushes and do it manually.
Few questions please
1. I was not able to use text tool, i even created vector layer but it didnt worked.
2. I created selection and then add dilter layer but i want to add more to selection but there is no option for that. I mean the selection should be added as transparency mask.
3 I want to know every bit of krita so i can fit it inside my workflow completely, what is best place for me ?
4. What are the things that only photoshop/gimp can do but not krita.
For the text tool, you click and drag on the vector layer and the dialogue box will show up. Make your edits, hit save, then close.
You can edit the filter mask by clicking on it, and then using black/white as your color with the brush tool and using that to add or remove to the selection.
You can either read the manual, watch tutorials on youtube from myself, Krita, or others.
Photoshop/Gimp have better photomanipulation tools as that's what their original purpose was.
hello, love this review. I just wanted to ask if Krita now has a built-in recorder? I prolly used this way back during the Pandemic and that feature was just a rumor then.

I am not aware of a standalone gmic plugin, just the one in Krita. Sorry!
