Having the pan at a good temperature before adding the eggs and whisking the eggs before pouring them in does help 😉 Would love more cooking videos, gonna try using the ingredients you used on my scrambled eggs tomorrow morning :)
When my dad taught me to cook omelettes, he always whisks the eggs separately, then pours them over the top of the fillings, so you can get good pan coverage. Then when the bottom is cooked, he adds the cheese and pops it under the grill, so the top can puff up and brown a little. =) Try it sometime - it works great! Also, red onion works really well in omelette - a bit of natural sweetness!
Sometimes, if I have the time, I will dice potatoes up and cook them for about 15 mins before the main omelet and then throw them in as well! Very tasty with all the veggies

hey Kurt! I actually really like grating a carrot, cooking it in a little oil with salt and pepper (sometimes add some onion powder) and it tastes really good with eggs!! an omelette ingredient maybe?
i would suggest putting frikandel in your omelette but that is a thing you can only get in the Netherlands. love you kurt. eet smakelijk (bon appétit in dutch)
