If you connect using Hik-connect account, you should make sure your internet connection is okay, or for best performance you can access hikvision devices by Local IP Address

I did your steps but then when I scanned the QR code on my phone it says connect the device to router and I pressed connected and after that I waited 60 seconds and then it said failed please help😭

Make sure your Output kabel have Internet connection. Already Enable dhcp service, Enable hik-connect. And using DNS 8.8.8.8 or DNS from Internet Service Provider
