    Hello, I'm having trouble with Unbind. It used to bind to my old phone with 'guest' account. And the old phone has been wiped out without unbind. So now it says already added by another account and I cannot unbound. So I followed the same steps here. Connected my laptop to the same router that CCTV is connected to and when I hit unbind in SADP, it says "only the device in the same region with the software can be unbound from its account". Can I get help how to fix this?

    Does this actually work? I have the air2s. And I really want the dji care refresh but this drone is already bound to previous owner. Can I still get dji care refresh? Or does it being bound already only affect fly away coverage???
    I’m afraid that previous owner would report fly away. And I would get locked out of my drone.

    Those those that cannot unbind this method... If you can get the ordinal account holder to log into their hik vision account and just get them to delete the device.

    Hi, we bought hikvision 2 years ago but been abroad so I tried to set it up and it says that it's been bound to an account with an email we don't know, we don't have the admin password. The nvr is new from the box and I tried to add it to the app and I could unlock it using the pattern password and that's where I saw that it's been linked to a person on the other side of the country?

    I am using FOSCAM POE cameras. The message is "the ipc has been added by others" When I go to the ADD DEVICE there is not enough room to add my serial number. (I am in the US) I have three cameras and the NVR that I can not add. (strangely 1 camera works and the other three do not) Any special advice?

    When unbind , Administrator Password && Verification code box only appear .
    What is Administrator password, I try already with device login password and account login password?
    Its is failed and finally attemp is 0. Can't found devices.

    Estoy intentando desvincular un DVR S08TURBOL, al realizar el procedimiento desde la app Hik-Connect y desde SADP, no me permite desvincular, me envía un error que dice: la desvinculacion de dispositivo no es compatible. Les agradeceria me dijeran como se desvincula ese DVR ya que en la propia interfaz con firmware 4.30.100 build 200511 tampoco viene el boton de Desvincular como lo marca en algunos otros tutoriales. Agradezco de antemano.

      For this case, you can contact ezviz support in your Country. Or if you know what the phone number is, you can login account with that phone number, then delete device in the account.

    Hey . i reset the NVR password and all the Cameras hard reset and tried to add devixe to the app but saying its already been added. The person who added before doesn't remember password so how can I unbind ? Or will it be the new password in which I reset the NVR with? Thanks

      @@hikconnect No. I can't reset password. I have sent request to the support with file from SADP. Support rejected sending recovery key to reset password so I throw the c8c camera to thrash.
      Support said the camera was bought from second hand market. So I should contact oryginal seller to get key to reset password. So I should send SADP file to all resellers. And of course I'll get reset key. Shame hikvision.

    Please give the solution, one of d customer he added the dvr to hik account and he forgot the account details, he don't know the details, n he selected the wrong country while creating account, n he tried tried n just to hide it, he deleted the account also now. Please help what I should do to add that dvr, whenever I tried it shows device already added, n wen I try to unbind, it shows u r in different area.
