I really enjoyed it. To be honest, I wish I hadn't sold it. It would have been perfect as a winter bike and tourer when I want to go away with Mrs C.
LOL this is the next project bike for the channel. However, with a few alterations. Looking into swapping out the camshafts, or swaping out the entire engine. We'll all have to wait and see - matt

I'm still on the lookout for a project to try to expand my skills. I really enjoyed the TDM project.
Just bought a XJ6S Diversion today, used one 2000km, as my first motorbike (got my license on Monday). Hope I'll have fun :D.

+Motorbiker Ha ha! I'm enjoying the new one. It's about the same speed/acceleration as the XJ6 because it's limited until run-in. Can't wait to unleash all those horses and torques!

I remember first riding my duke 125, felt like a rocket compered to my 50.
That was from about 8hp to 15hp, so 15 to the 97(45 when in restricted mode) of the street triple is going to be pretty scary

+Matt Mckay Thanks Matt. Definitely worth getting a fender extender. I did destroy a fan on the XJ6 with a stone. Bit of bad design around the back of the radiator. They are about £20 on eBay - much cheaper than a new fan!
I was expecting a Tiger 800 if I'm honest. Don't know why, just love 'em... Nice steed nonetheless!

Interesting video. I just fitted a full exhaust and although it's not like my carburettor hornet it's very close.
I hate the reviews that say it's boring as it isn't with a full exhaust system.
What bike did you get?
I had a Fuel injection hornet as well. So jerky and quite scary over bumps. At 57 yes old think I'll stick with this all rounder 🤔
I had a few since that one and ended up with a Z1000. Great fun but not practical.
