what if my headphones dont go into pairing mode?
There's other thing you can do! Sometimes the pins on the earbuds get some corrosion (not like it would die but it happens on the materials), this corrosion may difficult the charging/pairing of an earbud, so all you have to do is clean the pins on the case and earbud with alcohol and take it off by scrapping with a sharp object like a cutter, if it works, you are good to go. This did it for me, hope it helps
Saved my earbuds
One earbud crapped out tried to reset it and that's not even working properly....I used the device maybe 5 times.....I'm moderately annoyed right now......I know they will replace it, but how longs that going to take..ugh

Hi, Good to know. Any advice on the wf-c500 Model?
Had a situation only left one was working and right one not, thought battery is empty on right one so I put both of them inside the charging case. When I came later orange light was blinking, supposedly there was some problem with charging. To my surprise nothing happened, right one did not charge at all as it was dead. Furthermore case did not recognize right one at all.
When I tried your method at first when I press button on the back of the case nothing happened but after I held it two or three times blue started blinking. Connected them again to my phone and thankfully both started to work again. Thank you for this tip 😁

@@vanshbharadwaj Put both earbuds in case, but don’t close it, press back button and hold until orange light appears, if you don’t get it first time try again, you will need to hold it for maybe 10s. After that release the button and do it again (same as before), after 5-10s blue light should appear and then go into settings and connect them to phone regularly. Hope it helps
@@zekoministar9634 i tried this but blue light wont appear.After the orange light blinking i get a green light once but still no blue . Can u please help me with this?

Mine's left bud died after 3 months, my first wireless earphone and i had the worst experienced with this unit. This is my last sony moment never again.
100% agree. My right earbud stopped charging after a month
mine died in 2 years now left side is not even blinking. Only the right side is working; all I miss are one-side earbuds and volume adjustments. I'm sad, not blaming Sony for it because it used to fall many times. I was surprised at how they survived that long. All I want is for Sony to make it easy to replace the battery.

Does the earphone automatically connects when the box is opened?
And Bluetooth doesn't disconnect when I put the earphones back in the case.
The earphones will play even when it is in the box.😮

This usually would have fixed mine, but now the case no longer recognises the right ear bud, amd it will not go into pairing mode.
If i hold the button, after about 15 seconds it flashes orange and then solid green
Since when have you had this problem? Your case hit the ground, did you flood it or did it just stop working on its own?
@HowToFixer no I'm very careful with them, I've had them since August, and it just started by one dropping connection randomly, then I did like this in the video and they were working fine for about 1 week.
Then the other side started dropping connection. And I'd say about a week now its not being recognised by the case, so i don't think it's taking a charge
Take advantage of the manufacturer's warranty, they have to fix it

This is a common problem with this model, be sure to use the warranty, you can't fix it yourself.
