G1 Megatron has forever been my favorite Megatron design, but the IDW one is a close second. Basically keeps the essential details and adds a nice coat of black over it.
I actually love that IDW gave him a larger nose. idk it just seems like it fits with his larger build and gives him a distinct face where you can still tell it's him even if he gets reformatted over and over.
This Megatron appeared in Revenge Of The Decepticons, after he was defeated in the All Hail Megatron story arc. His armor is made of ore-13, and armed with a rail gun capable of destroying a city.
Hope a Transformers show in the near future uses this design as the main one for Megs. That railgun is great-looking. Remember, it’s not a stabby, it’s a shooty.

@@kuddlykraken2157 It’s legit great - Transformers Escalation, All Hail Megatron, The Transformers 2009 (after AHM), Last Stand Of The Wreckers, MTMTE are some of the favorite stuff also I really like Maximum Dinobots it’s nothing hugely special but I mostly because it’s the Dynobots and they’re kicking ass and I like their designs (can’t wait for Planet X’s IDW Grimlock figure)
