    I searched this uo because I want ro learn how my vietnamese mother made it when I was 7 yo . I'm 22 now but I still remember. I miss her. She has been passed for 5 years in 2 months. . Thank you I love this video.

    You are a very cool lady for your age! A person your age, (likely to be) born in Vietnam yet able to speak almost perfect English (&who even knows how to say jalepeno) is hard to come by. I never had the opportunity to meet my grandparents but if I did I would hope they could show me how to cook traditional Vietnamese food as you have demonstrated. If I did have the opportunity, many words would have been lost in translation but I would have cherished the moment. I wish u good health&happiness!

    I am confused is co Jackie still alive and well.. This video is great and i loved her ao dai and the way she cooked it is superb..I located the peanut crusher at local store and fell in love and brought five of the peanut crusher from watching this video..KEEP up the good work and she reminds of my own mother who is also a superb cook herself from the region of kontum vietnam..

    This is one of my favorites. Our local restaurant uses rau ram in lieu of mint. I must give your version a try.

    I found one in true value hardware in my neighborhood. Make sure you get one with metal blades not plastic. It cost maybe 4 bucks.

    I was cool up until the peanuts. Can I skip them? I don't like peanuts in my food.
