Before the assholes at UA-cam delete it (all or in part), I want to congratulate you on your truly amazing WOODSTOCK COMPLETE playlist. You did a spectacular job on that, even with a few of the stage announcement segments repeating. The only thing I couldn't find was muskrat talking about the crane swinging and hitting people in the head, which I believe was recorded around the same time as his reading from the NY Times on Sunday, August 17th. You performed a real service for Woodstock fans by assembling this....huge thanks!👍👍
Thank you for the compliment! I truly appreciate people wanting to hear the music of Woodstock. For years I've wanted to collect all of the recorded material from the festival. I found Muskrats announcement about the crane and added it to the playlist (as well as correcting most of the stage announcements that were repeating). Thank you again.
@@zeeisaman1 Was checking out your playlist again...thank you very much for making the additions and corrections.🙂👍 Perhaps the recording crew was taking a break or changing reels when it happened, but I've never managed to discover any audio of the Hog Farm's Tom Law conducting yoga exercises from the main stage...and we KNOW he did this because there's a very brief clip of it in the movie (at the beginning of the sequence where Law is shown leading a yoga class at the free stage area). Have you ever found any audio of Law on the main stage? Anyway, wanted to tell you again what a fantastic and historically valuable thing your YT playlist is.
@@anthonykimball7463 I believe Tom Law is on the Woodstock Stage Announcements (Saturday morning) at about 2:38... sounds like the main stage announcements as well as a bit of the yoga class.
@@zeeisaman1 Wow! I might possibly be mistaken, but I DON'T recall hearing that particular segment when I listened through your playlist several days ago. Is this something you just added to it? At any rate, I have no problems saying MAJOR THANKS to you yet again! Also, I noticed you've added the Sunday rainstorm audio, including John Morris' pre-rain remarks. Looks to me like you've really covered the ENTIRE fucking weekend! 🙂👍
I get it man, you used to smoke weed , you got freaked out, you stopped, now you drink. You watched old woodstock videos, you wanna get high. Its ok. Live your life, free.....and easy
$18 for Woodstock man? That's equal to about $137 today. What a time, what an era. I'm such an old soul.
The 60's, 70's and 80's were 30 years of the greatest music in history that will still be listened to for the next 100 years
This is a fact
