The Type L is an interesting one. Very Ping Eye2-esque in the hosel. Also worth pointing out that wedges in the past had a lot more offset than the ones we used today. If you look at wedges used by Nicklaus and Seve, they have far more offset than what you’d expect

Is there not a difference in the grind between the models? That seems to be what is usually understood with the different lettering on the models. They look very tasty either way. Curious about forged wedges though. Does the softness not mean that grooves and some of those special finishes wear out more quickly? Love new wedges with the spin they impart but seemingly after only a few months that spin isn't the same. We can use those groove sharpening tools but how to ever get those treated surfaces back?

Really enjoyed your videos. I'm looking to build a set of epon wedges with the bgt stability shafts from your other video. I play a regular axiom iron shaft (75g). Should I be purchasing the 90g or 115g shafts. Also it seems like the type S was released many years ago if i'm not mistaken. How are the performance of the M2 in comparision. I'm kind of assuming there are design changes and technology advancements since that's released 2 years ago.
Epon doesn’t release clubs every year for the sake of it. They release when an improvement can be made. I’d be selecting the 90g wedge shaft to match the 75 in your irons.

I’d definitely be opting for the S. The M2 had quite a small head.
