    These are some awesome tips Very on point. Taking my scheduled breaks is something I do. Although, I would like to be more efficient when on a break. I have a standing desk to help me with stuffness although, I'd advise you to get one with a motor for lifting. When I began to transition at work and needed more and equipment.this made the standing desk very hard to lift manually due to the weight of all equipment.

      Standing desks are really helpful to relieve and /or prevent chronic pain. Some people also use a Pilates ball to sit on instead of a regular chair. I never tried that but maybe I should.
