Men’s items should button left to bite and woman’s right to left. This is From days in the past when most men were right handed, and if they do their sword, the hilt would get caught in their shirts if they buttoned from right to left, so the default was left to right… In case anyone wants to know the history, I am a plethora of button trivia knowledge
Timely video! I’m going to the Goodwill bins in Birmingham, AL tomorrow! Learning about style based pickups and different textures like wool, cashmere, silk, linen, and leather has really given me more items to source. I felt so good today thrifting like my eyes were primed to find profits and I think I have many of your videos to thank for that!

Your advice on picking up larger size Old Navy and Knox Rose has been awesome for me. I don’t usually find any decent plus size items-but I can find Old Navy and Knox Rose pretty easily.

Just discovered the the tag bloomcore. Looks like it really helps sell vintage items if they are floral. For chico's I recently sold a linen top that was solid color but had lots of details on it. I've only recently started giving Chico's a chance and I've actually sold all my items of theirs in a matter of weeks. Also, don't know about you, but I've been selling more layering pieces like jackets and sweaters than summery stuff, which is odd for the time of year. We'll see what happens after Memorial Day! And awesome Goth piece!

Hey Cayley! I LOVE watching your videos, so helpful. I have a question if you have ever come across this problem before...a buyer sent me an offer, I accepted and sent the item. She then sent me a message that the offer was conditional "+ Free Shipping in the message area. Can offers be conditional? Thanks if you know the answer, I have been unsuccessful in contacting a real person at Ebay.
Ebays policy is that the sale is the sale. They agreed to the terms of the offer and it is not your responsibility to correct it. However, you may want to ask the buyer if they want to proceed with the sale or cancel in case they try to be spiteful and return it later.

If everyone will price the item cheaper than everyone else we will have a race to the bottom. How to avoid that and still sell?
What brand/item have you seen that actually happen to? Pricing just a little beneath someone else is not enough to tank an entire market. Every seller would have to be pricing significantly lower and they are not.
Dang I found a phases dress today that had giraffes and safari all over it that was like a 5 x but mini. I couldn’t find good comps on it so I left it. Should I have got that? Feel like sometimes I 2 nd guess myself like I’m afraid it’ll just take too long to sell! I think part of being a reseller is taking chances. I see the shortalls and overalls a lot. I’m going to try. Thankyou for these videos I need them!!!
I would have probably tried to comp that dress but if the price was right, it's worth the risk.
