I do really good with bedding and pajamas as the bins and I find things in different carts. Sometimes people notice I am looking for them they give it to me. I have done so well with bedding from there and very good brands of pajamas. Love the bins. Another you tuber says bins people are a different breed but I think they are resourceful and not afraid to get their hands dirty and find some great deals!
Depends what city you live in.... bins people in Salinas CA are alot doff then bins people in reno (which is the best most laid back bins ever) are diff then bins in Nashville. I've been to them all
Cayley I just got my Madewell sweater from whatnot. This is the piece that was being shown then you “Pixelated” lol. I was so surprised I won the bid and I really didn’t even know what the sweater looked like! But you always pick the best stuff!!! I love it!
Love your videos girl!! Wow! Magnolia Pearl!! I haven't found that yet and it's been on my bolo list for years! I did find a pair of Johnny Was silk pajamas at the bins and they were together somehow!!! I didn't even know Johnny Was sold pajama sets, but like you say that's a rack in the store that people may pass on or a 'sleeper section" Lol
I have found Eileen Fisher just a few times, but it never sits for me. Even a blank thin t shirt sold for 30 bucks for me so I'm convinced I will pick up everything this brand. Haha. I did have a Small longer light puffer with wool sleeves by them that sat for like a month and sold for 60. I love that I opened up to womens items now. Moving to Michigan from South Florida is a shock for sourcing for me so still getting the hang of up here in the north with no year round flea market and my one store I could always count on.
Fun fact! I went Thrifting about halfway through this video and found my first title nine zip up hoodie dress in a size large yay. Thanks for your info!
Could you do a quick video on some of your terminology, like, what do you mean when you say you got it at/in bins ? Does that mean thrift store ? And what do you mean when you say it has a lot of factors? Could you be more specific? I’d love to learn more from you
Hi! The bins is the goodwill outlet where you pay by the lb. It's typically cheaper than going to a thrift store. You may have one near you. Below is a video about factor stacking ua-cam.com/video/RQIIE0iNSks/v-deo.html
Awesome sales Cayley! When you showed the Lands End Cashmere Poncho, there is a jacket below it in the similar item's that looks like a NWT Sandro velvet embroidered jacket that I have in my death pile 🤣 Im like hey, that looks familiar lol! Have a great evening! ❤
At the bins, it's worth picking up a single shoe and then checking if other sellers have the other one in their carts- sometimes you find a match. They might let you have it, or you can make their day and give them the one you have. A lady today gave me a shoe that matched one I had in my cart. I always display the single shoes I find on the top of my cart so people can see them. Yes, they could steal them but it's never happened to me.
I just toss single pieces in the front of my cart and then if I can’t find the match I’ll throw it back. Things get tossed too much at the bins I go to and it’s almost impossible to find them again.
Cayley, How can I send you some inventory? I sell some things on ebay, but I have a big stack of unlisted items. I am not in the best of health at the moment and can not list like I need to.
How much would you price a Lululemon merino wool sweater at? I have one listed for $58 and it's gotten no attention at all (it's been a couple of months)> I've sold Athleta sweaters with lesser material for more- I'm shocked!
Great video any advice I want to see if I can start promoting but what will be a good number to start? Struggling with the sales any advice will be appreciated. Great brands
When you sell shoes, has anyone ever messaged and asked how many times the shoes have been worn and if so, how do you respond to them? Especially if it's like pre-owned from like the bins or thrift stores.
I usually say something like “Thank you for your interest in these beautiful _________ shoes! I am not the original owner so I cannot say with certainty how many times they’ve been worn, but they are in excellent condition as shown in the photographs. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks again!”
I know you meant Cayley but this happens to me all the time 😂Whenever I am asked I usually tell them “thank you for stopping by our closet/store. Unfortunately I do not have any way of knowing that. I can take more photos of the tread sole bottoms of the shoe if you think that would be helpful” but this is the exact reason I try not to pick up high end running shoes because that is a question they always ask.
I found a couple men’s kooples polos this weekend, but the sell through is not good and the prices are everywhere. I thought for a second I made a mistake not picking it up but the sell through and numbers aren’t there for mens kooples polo. ( might be something to not pick up in this brand )
WOW! Magnolia Pearl! One of my BOLO's that I have yet to find! Congrats! Loving as always all the new brands. YOU ROCK!
=)

That was a rough show but we got through it lol. So glad you won!

That would be a shock! There are tons of great outdoors brands that you can heavily rely on up north. That's what I do.
Fun fact! I went Thrifting about halfway through this video and found my first title nine zip up hoodie dress in a size large yay. Thanks for your info!
I just found my first title 9 piece ever! I’ve been reselling for over two years lol
Oh I didn't realized that Soft Surrounds closed all their physical stores. Good to know thanks Cayley!

Listing death pile and listening to your channel. Oh yeah! (In Kevin's voice from "the office")
Lol!!
Knox Rose. I have a dress with a similar print in a Large. Thanks as always for the content. It's much appreciated.

I heard some people list them for amputees.
Thank you Cayley for sharing your experience !
Aww man, I just sold my first Sundance top - also velvet size small and I think I underpriced it at $20
Your videos are so great!
Appreciate you!
Over here doing shipping then getting ready to ship. Listening to see if anything you have sold is in brands i am getting ready to list.

Carley I have a question. Can you do a video on how to take photos of a Womens pant suit and skirt suit? Please.
Mayne soon! You can always check out my store for how we take photos.

Send us an email at welltraveledclothiers@gmail.com
Life is Good is a favorite for myself but I never see it anymore.
Thanks for another great video.
Do you have a reason for ending your listing price with .88? I try to google but still don't understand.
Thank you.
Lookup "what is left digit bias"

Not sure yet! Need to lookup the exact style.

Are you talking about promoted listings?
yes

on Ebay
@wallygs54 I do not normally use promoted listings on ebay so I'm probably not the best source.

I usually just say "sorry I don't know exactly how many times"
@@jeanetteroberts9836 Hey thank you for your comment! I love advice from everyone 🤗
