The George brand was founded in 1989 as a partnership between English fashion designer George Davies & Asda. The latter had recruited the high-street designer for its grocery store brand to help shoppers avoid high street.

Like others have said "George." is a Walmart brand. Your label even has the period after George, which is how the Walmart brand looks. There is a "George" brand from Australia, but the label looks different than the one in this video. But that shirt is still beautiful, no matter what! I've been loving these daily vids, thanks for putting in so much work for all of us!

Im in a bit of a style.rut. in peri menopause & feeling so.frumpy/blah. Bpdy changes &um not enjoying right now. I need lots of inspiration.
I hear you... When I went through menopause, I didn't feel like myself. My body was changing (especially my mid-section) and I felt I had no control over it. I was moody and irritable. It was not a good time. I had to shake up my diet and excercise. I learned to be more gentle on myself and allowed myself to indulge without guilt. I learned to dress a little differently in a way that still felt like me. And I had a lot of support from my kid and family. It eventually passed and I got my body back. It wasn't easy, but nothing worth it ever is ❤️
The bag has a similar look and shape to my Hermes Picotin, not exactly but very similar. No wonder you liked it...classy. 😎

I’m from the UK and recognise the George label…unfortunately *not* a designer label…it’s a UK supermarket (Asda) clothing brand…but they do some nice pieces, and I used to have that blouse and I’m gutted that I passed it on now as it looks so good on you xx

She had not seen any of your video's. We binge watched them all. We even went op shopping to Salvos and Vinnies getting some great finds. By the way I am 70 my daughter 47. Hi Jo great video as always. I'm afraid George is not a designer label. It's from the British supermarket called asda and is part of their own brand clothing range. I believe asda is part of the Walmart group .😊

I found two gorgeous polka dot summer blouses, both designer and one was navy, the other white with black polka dots. I also found some paper bag jeans I’m going to cut off to match your paper bag shorts. But the crowning jewel was some gorgeous lined navy trousers that fit like a glove. I googled and they were $150 cnd retail for $5. Do you think you’re are having an influence on us viewers?? 🤣😂
