Hi Helen, to stop your acrylic pages from sticking, just rub a candle over them (white candle if you want your colors to remain the same, of course).
Thank you Kay that's a great tip. I've literally just this morning been putting some cold wax on a painted page in my sketchbook which is the same principle.. great minds and all that. Much appreciated...

Absolutely gorgeous colours, shapes, marks and compositions Helen! Even though to you, these pages may be experimental or studies for your main artwork, I can only aspire to create pages as appealing and original as these! Really enjoy the explanations shows where the original ideas come to life, a true inspiration and the working practice tips are so helpful thank you. I worry that my sketch book will be ugly in the end so have many new ones (unused under the bed) love flat puppets too!

Great work Helen! Thank you for sharing. FYI...if you sprinkle a little baby powder between your acrylic paint pages in your art journal, they will not stick together nearly as bad. I cannot remember where I heard this at, but it does help quite a bit.
