When will u give us the in depth video about repairing the backglass with liquid?
I had disclosed that it is 99% isopropyl alcohol with a long soak. Even with that, I found that some of the small pieces don't come off easily making the back glass removal so tedious. If those small pieces that would require scraping is near the charging coil, the charging coil may be damaged as well.
You'd also need to ensure the work surface is level and put precisely the correct amount of isopropyl alcohol so that it just reaches the adhesive and not any further. Camera damage may occur if the surface is not level or too much alcohol is added.
After having done a few, I decided not to develop it further due to the difficulty and risk.
The front glass, on the other hand, once the adhesive layer is sliced, all the glass more or less effortlessly gets removed. In my humble opinion, and I may be biased due to my experience with the front glass repair, the front glass replacement is easier.
Hey man, thanks for the video. You gotta fix your website link in the description. Maybe it's just me but I'm unable to click it which means you don't get your cut if we buy anything. You deserve it so make sure that's a hyperlink. Thanks again!!
Thank you so much for letting me know! I have fixed it and it is clickable now.

What type of glue you use this?
Hello Arwin,
Thank you for your comment!
It is called LOCA. The brand we use is Stronghold. LOCA stands for Liquid Optically Clear Adhesive, there are several options but please kindly note many LOCAs require a separate UV lamp to cure. (Ours is specially formulated to by hypersensitive to UV, so much so that exposure to daylight on a cloudy winter day is enough to cure the glue. I'd also like to note that ours can also be cured with a UV light)
We do not have a listing on our site at the moment but send us a message through the 'contact us' page and I can arrange a direct invoice for you. A lot of copy cats these days using our image, but this glue is exclusive to us. If it's not on our site, or at our eBay store, it's not the same thing.
Any further questions/concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us/comment further.
Best regards,

Hello,
Thank you for your comment!
Our how to video for S22~S10+ features the glass replacement process on a Note 10+ which is the same as a Note 10.

@@ecdiy and for the iphone 12? thanks fro reply!
@@lrft Not a problem at all. You'd use the same amount for iPhone 12.
Most of the replacement glasses include a laminated oca would I have to remove it? Or it doesn’t affect?
Technically, pre-installed OCA can be stacked with LOCA.
Even if the OCA were to make contact with the glass somewhere before the LOCA, LOCA will fill up to the area seamlessly.
However, you will experience seepage of the glue out the sides because the lip on the bezel is only enough to accommodate for a single layer of OCA/LOCA but you will now have both and your screen will be assembled ever so slightly thicker than the original. (appx 0.08mm). it would also reduce the phone's water resistance.
This additional thickness does not cause touch issues even with a tempered glass screen protector. That's been my finding on my end at least.
If you are interested, I'm happy to supply you with just the glass without the OCA film.
Any further questions/concerns, please do not hesitate to comment further.
Cheers,
@@ecdiy thank you very much, I can’t find the info anywhere, you give me the strength to try to start repairing only the glass of my phone, you rock!!
