Nice video. You can probably substitute a hose clamp for that pinch clamp and then not have to purchase the special crimp pliers. Most people already have a screwdriver to tighten a hose clamp. I am considering replacing the water inlet valve because my Samsung makes a groaning noise when filling, not when draining or during the wash cycle. I assume that's where the noise is coming from.

Yes the sound could be caused by a failing water inlet valve. First, try shutting off the water to the dishwasher, disconnecting the water fill line, and spraying it into a bucket to ensure the water flow to the dishwasher is adequate. Let us know how the repair goes for you.

Does if the wire is same colour then does connecting terminals to any wire, will be a problem?

If the water valve is AC voltage, the wires can be connected to either of the terminals. If the water valve is DC voltage like the one shown in this video, the wires may need to be connected to the proper terminals for it to work properly. We have not tried connecting them to the incorrect locations. Let us know what you find.

Your video is excellent, and exactly what I need to do, but I am unable to pull out the dishwasher fully. It comes out about halfway and then I can't pull it out any further. In this position, I can swivel it but, feels like it is snagging on something. I can't figure out what could stop it's forward movement. Any idea how to get it out fully? The main issue I am trying to address is that the water just does not stop filling, and it displays an OC error code. There is no problem with the draining of the water. So it must be an inlet valve I need to replace, but to do that I need to get the dishwasher out.

Did you try disconnecting the drain hose and water fill line from under the sink to see if that would allow it to pull out?

I did not disconnect the drain hose and the water fill line because I checked that there was plenty of slack in them at the time I could not pull out the dishwasher any further. So I excluded those two as a reason for the snagging of the dishwasher. I am not a 100% sure, but it feels like the bottom of the dishwasher is snagging on something which is preventing the forward movement of the dishwasher. But there isn’t enough space to lift up the dishwasher and then pull it out, or to see underneath the dishwasher.

@@SW1243-br8xy If it's not being hung up on the water line, drain hose, or electrical connection, then it's really hard to say what the issue is. Sometimes we see issues with the leveling legs getting hung up on the floor if the flooring in the house was replaced at some point.

@@PartsDr Thank you for the recommendations. The flooring is also preexisting, so no changes there. Appreciate your sharing thoughts on this issue I am running into.

@@SW1243-br8xy your dishwasher is likely hardwired. Try disconnecting the cables in the front of the dishwasher before trying to pull it out

Hey my express 60 light keeps flashing. It's the exact same dishwasher. In the video. Any chance you could help?

This error occurs when the non-water switch doesn't work in wash step at Pre-wash phase.
      Possible causes:
      - The water supply pressure is low.
      - The water supply valve is closed.
      - The non-water switch is broken.
      - The wash pump doesn’t work.
      - The Main PBA has some problems.

Nice video and thank you but for my particular issue, didn’t solve it. Must be something else wrong. I’m just likely buying a new one. Samsung appliances suck.

@@PartsDr no worries, it appears to be the wiring on the side of the door. I found it on another video. I had to ‘jump’ the 2 yellow wires. Very strange issue.
