There's only me so I won't be doing this as great for a family but not one person. My son and partner might like it for them and their kids. Thanks for the tips you give, cooking in foil in the slow cooker and the balls of foil to help with drainage. I would not have thought of that. You two are brilliant. A weekly show on national TV would not go amiss. Fantastic.
Hi Butler Fam. I used this recipe tonight using 400g of defrosted Lamb mince and cut the spices by a third and adding an extra tsp of ground corriander, onion powder 1 large egg and then I remembered you did it in the slow cooker. I wrapped mine in tin foil and put in my air fryer for 50 mins at 190c and it was absolutely delicious and no mess in the air fryer! thanks
I just want to compliment Martin & Sharon on the jolly entertainment value of these vids!!! Martin is a “real” no nonsense “salesman”! Love his banter, humour, and charisma!…While Sharon is “Baby”!!! Did Martin ever work on a market stall? His talented “style” makes me think he could sell ice cubes to an eskimo! Good luck! I just subscribed!
Found your videos, been binge watching. I am a Granny that looks after her family and will defo be trying your recipes especially Dona kebab recipe. A lovely family all have with warm hearts.xx💕
For your White kebab sauce. Mix equal parts mayo and salad cream. English mustard mix in until mildly yellow, dash of garlic paste to taste, sprinkle of white pepper. Fresh or dried dill as desired. mix thoroughly and serve. You can play with the mixture balance until it's right for you.
I never knew you could just put things dry in a slow cooker we have had ours for quite a while so have forgotten the instructions. The way your Sharon did this recipe gave me an Idea . I went to my local farm shop were they do there own meats . I bought a nice peice of Breast of lamb very lean . I got the butcher to roll and tye it . I cooked it in slow cooker the same as Sharron It turned out brilliant very tender and tasty I hope you don't mind I'm calling it the Butler method. Thank you
Looks really nice and well put together. Good job done Sharon. I learnt one trick from you today. Hadn’t realised you could cook in the slow cooker without fluid in the bottom,. So that was a good tip. Thank you.
Deffo making these this Friday.. love watching you're channel ,proper funny, really enjoyable to watch.love all your recipes .I had no idea what to do with the ninja til I watched your channel.thanks guys .
Wow wow Sharon ❤can’t wait to make this Kebab it looks delicious blooming sounds delicious 😋.Well done to you both for even thinking about this wonderful recipe 👍♥️👍.Keek em coming 😋♥️😋
OK so this looked amazing! BUT i have not got a slow cooker. Last night I threw in the wok 400g mince beef and partialy cooked, then in a separate container I threw in 1 egg, 1 tsp of all the spices. Mixed together then I added it to the beef and continued to cook. I also added some shallots, small cherry toms finished cooking. Got some wraps. Threw some salad on then placed some cooked meat over the top of the salad. Some hot sirashi sauce wrapped it up and omg did I enjoy. YES IT TASTED LIKE KEBAB. This WILL be one of my winter staple foods. Wow wow wow. No not just winter. Its an all year food!! Absolutely delicious. 😋 thanks Sharon!! We know it's all you ha ha .👏 quick, easy, spicy, delicious...TRY AND ENJOY. 😃 X
Thanks Martin, Sharon, will definitely give this a try. 👍👍 Will reduce quantities by a third as it’s only me at home now as unfortunately my Wife is in a Care Home. We both had many trips to Cyprus and Greece and loved a native Kebab. Your recipe looks fantastic, can’t wait to cook it and ‘Go In’. Thanks again for all your vids. (Lionel, Colchester)
Wow, that looked amazing, definitely having a go at that, once again Sharon your cooking and the things you make are brilliant, must say what a beautiful smile baby Frank has got and he's a gorgeous baby.
Baby frank is adorable he’s little smile bless him! ❤ I saw this on TikTok a few weeks ago, I made it but I didn’t poke holes in the bottom. Great tip Sharon. I will do it your way next time!
Omg I am definitely going to make this. It looks really good I would never have though to do that. I’ve even got my husband watching your channel now as he saw this item before me and said I must watch it, and we will have to try it as it looks so good. I’m loving all the recipes you both are doing in the slow cooker and air fryer. Another great vlog.
I’ve got the mince defrosting and all the herbs and spices and definitely making this later!! Can’t wait, and thank you! Kebab, my all time favourite!!
First...thanks for showing baby Frank...I adore him, so cute!!!!....any way because my GREEK recipe has TZATZIKI and tomato...you should try it....I acn ask anything from the hubby if he has a nice kebap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....Thanks for showing us the other side of slow cooking.!!!!!
Well we made it and it was delicious. Cut ours into 4 blocks and froze 3 for later. Had it in wraps rather than pittas very nice if you have not tried it. To heat the donner up again we steamed it. Made it lovely and moist and piping hot 👍
That was really informative and also hilarious, with all the double entendres and knowing looks at the camera. I was howling with laughing but loving the cooking lesson. I don't like lamb but will definitely try this with minced beef. Can't wait in fact ! Thanks again you two for brightening up my day. Love it! 😊
sharon in australia we have shredded lettuce, raw onion, sliced tomato, tabouli, shredded tasty cheese. all drizzled with either bbq sauce. chili sauce garlic sauce.. or a combination of any. once kebab is made.. we roll up.. wrap in foil and place in sandwich press to heat through , melt cheese and to give pita bread a bit of crispness.. i put my lettuce on at very end. after sandwich press so its still nice and crispy.. cant wait to try this recipe..
Oh my goodness the meat looks sooooo good, just like a kebab, I was watching about 3am as I couldn’t sleep, boy did I want one, so this morning I am off to get some lamb mince. wish me luck, I’m going in.!!❤

Nice one, glad it turned out nice.
Thanks for that. I wonder if it would work out well with the tin foil unwrapped for the last 5-10 mins in the air fryer to crisp the meat up a bit?
@@treble20 I do prefer my Donner with a crispy edge so yea 5-10 mins with foil open at the end would be good. Cheers
