Hi Samantha, the meat looks lovely. I've stopped buying kebabs now as the meat is atrocious, it's always thick and greasy, nothing like yours. I bought a slow cooker the same size as yours and mine has the aluminium insert as well. As well as searing, it's also lighter than the ceramic inserts. Mines got a timer with the hours on and high, medium and slow. Depending on the setting, the machine sets the time but you can override it

That's brilliant. Dom won't touch the ones from the takeaway saying they smell like sweaty feet but loves these ones. And we also have them for the air fryer.
