    hello brother
You looked a little lost in stand-up clinching. I used to have the same issue. When you get more experienced you will get better. FIrstly is when you first get clinched, you froze for a few seconds before you started working, this will get better with time but make sure to always keep progressing in the clinch. Remember you can punch in the clinch. I am weaker than the people I clinch, so my main goal is to exit the clinch. As soon as I get clinched, I throw a huge volume of punches (they don't need to be hard), but it will be uncomfortable for the other fighter and many of the times they will either back off, or will take a worse position to defend your punches, then you can manipulate your way either to a better position, or as an exit strategy.
You look much better at punching. Your volume of punches you are throwing is more than it used to be which is good, but I think you can do more. Don't worry about hitting a clean hit every time, many punches are meant to disorient and show power. You are allowed to punch through their guard. Try shelling up and let someone beat you up, even though they are hitting the gloves, some of the power will still go through to your head and do damage and cause disorientation. Throw simple 3 move boxing combos (left, right, left) / (left right hook) etc, and you will break them down. I'd love to see a boxing sparring video where you try this. You are getting much better. Nice Work

seeing how your striking style is more in and out, u shud look up this boxer named dmitry bivol. I think it would massively help to analyze his matches. But nice sparring session, it would be nice to see higher level guys tho.

"a lot of people don't like being filmed getting their ass beat" proceeds to spar low level beginners. Is there no fighter class, or do you purposely avoid it?

tbh, it seems all nice until you get full on cooked up by a heavyweight (they heavy handed af). Or literally just any good fighter.
