How can this uniformed thug still be allowed to interact with the public? What a total liar and all caught on video. Shame on him and shame on the MET for allowing this to go unchecked.
Simply put. This is rogue policing and it should be punished. There is little accountability and that needs to change urgently. Abuse of the law and the general public is out of hand and has been for decades. We've had enough of it, in the past we never had the technology to prove it, now we do. Things must change.
They're not fit for purpose, and they always have to escalate an innocent or lawful situation as deemed as committing a potential criminal offence.... This shouldn't be happening.
The twat being raked over the coals by the Police is a Convicted drug dealer. Admitted on his livestreams to domestic violence. Crypto scammer. And said he's only auditing for easy money. Ridiculous Policing but still...
Like all bullies, they pick on an easy, safe target. They probably laugh about this in the station, with no comprehension of what fools they made of themselves.
Sadly, bullies always win and always get away with their bullying, they are rewarded for their bullying - the more things change, the more things stay the same, or get worse - if anyone tries to object, they get targeted for increased police harassment and further bullying
I hope that when Kolee comes back from his 'hols'! that he's gonna be back at it? Definitely one of the best auditors about, God I bet that the filth were ecstatic about him 'going on his hols'!
this poor attitude of police officers came about in the 1990s, I remember two people I worked with that joined. 1, was a bully and got kicked out of the army within 6 months of joining, 2, was a superior prick that went in via the Specials. At time of writing I could name (I won't) three current people that I know who should not be in the force. The attitude is shit and now I'm beginning to rant, apologies

So should we the public feel the Police are conducting "Hostile Reconnaissance" with their obsession with CCTV's all over the Country. That's wild double standards
In my 30 years in supermarket retailing, I’ve encountered so many arrogant and bullying supermarket managers who either were previously and/or went on to join and/or had relatives in the police, army, council, prison service or other public bodies who abused their positions of power to bully others due to their serious attitude problems, (who were mainly committed leftists and corporatists) where they saw and regarded anyone who did not totally take and accept their bullying behaviour as being “freaks and weirdos with mental health issues” - they would tell people that they “did not have a leg to stand on” and that “on a common sense basis” and “in their infinite wisdom” they “did not have any right to make any comments on any issues” and they very often sent their police friends around to further bully and intimidate them - this has been hard wired into the police for generations and it’s never going to change any time soon

The stupid thing is that if someone drove up in a van, parked up and walked away. Then the van blows up. The first thing the police would ask the general public if they have any photos or video of the incident.
They earn the hate so easily!! They really don’t know either the law or their own polices !! They think they can abuse the public with zero accountability.
I remember being infuriated with this one when I originally saw it, and a re-watch a few years later now hasn’t made it look any better. The list of mistakes the officer made here is extensive. Ultimately this was an abuse of legislation just to snoop through his phone in a vein fishing attempt. Utterly shameful behaviour - and for his fellow officers just to watch their colleague fall into a massive civil claim and do nothing is equally as shameful. This was an abuse of power from an exceptionally poor officer with no emotional control and an oversized ego.
That's incorrect. Section 43 allows police to search your phone for evidence that you are a terrorist or engaged in terrorist activity. Granted they must have reasonable and verifiable intelligence to support the section 43 search, but we all know that they ignore that.
So by reading Koleeberks personal Emails under section 43 the copper is actually committing an offence under the data communication act 2018 because he's only allowed to look for images under section 43 he could quote section 58A possibly to look at emails for information but that would be sketchy ground I think. Officers have the power to view digital images contained in mobile telephones or cameras carried by a person searched under S43 of the Terrorism Act 2000 to discover whether the images constitute evidence that the person is involved in terrorism.
The problem people have is they are judging these thugs under the mistaken assumption it`s the same as old police force that served and protected the public as part of the job, they were replaced by a decades long recruitment policy consisting of thugs with just enough brains to blindly follow orders and a willingness to bully and repress the public. Today's police force is a government paramilitary to enforce political dictates and generate revenue via fines & penalty`s, not for them tackling criminals when they can sit on a computer catching grannies misspeaking on face book or cruising around in a flash motor nicking car drivers for going a tad over the speed limit.
This is why we need to have a independent complaint procedure and make police officers personally accountable for overstepping their authority. NPD is a big problem in the police force and it has to stop Thank you for reporting on public servants getting it wrong.
