The techniques in your process are so efficient! I especially liked the one where you dragged a perspective grid at 1:25:00 onwards to adjust the perspective of the trees, buildings, and the worshipers. Thank you so much! I feel like I've learned a lot to speed up my drawing since I noticed I take a really long time to finish one that I get really burned out by the time I finish one.
This drawings/splasharts are soo inspiring!! I really love them, all the details, the coloring, everything!! I hope someday I have the skills to draw something like this 🤩
Incredible splash art. As someone who always used to watch the League of Legends art spotlights back in the day, I absolutely love seeing the creation process. Thank you so much for sharing!
this splash was an absolute masterpiece, magnificently brilliant. it has to be one of if not the most beautiful splash arts released to date. its so masterfully done.
I got this skin today with a SHARD!!!! I was unmeasurably happy!!!! Now I will set this splash art on my profile in LoL client 😍🥰 I don't even play Anivia but this is by far my favorite skin ever! The colors are so mesmerizing! Hopefully when Anivia gets an ASU they keep the exact same colors for this skin! They're so perfect! 💗 I'm still impressed by this piece of you! Your art is SO gooood!
It cools on how I really depict your art when a new skin come out from League, like I'll just go back here and appreciate your splash art. I'm your splash art fan and would love to become like you someday. Thanks for the this masterpiece, you're the best!
The thing I find funny about this skin is the fact that its an ice bird with a fire bird skin. Makes sense to me. Love the art though. Wish I could do something like this digitally.
I never get bored watching your videos! Can you tell us more about the "Splash Shortcuts" Action? I see that you use one of them to fill colors very quickly, I've only used the action to switch between brushes.
BTW, I hope that you're the one updating Anivia's old skin splash art 💜 I also got "Noxus Hunter Anivia" skin and that splash art compared to this one.... oof...
Yoo wtf, a year ago i was looking at some volcanoes and then I stumbled upon a pompeii art. And then today this video got recommended to me and I saw the pompeii art at your artstation!
This gives me so much inspiration, Truly fascinating and looking forward to purchase your tutorials, Only the description shows how professional you are! by the way, What was the ppi/resolution that you were using?
Thanks! Glad you like it! I honestly dont know what resolution i use since we dont care about it. The important thing is to keep it at a 16:9 ratio and at least 5000 pixels in width. Resolution, ppi does not matter because this will not be printed.
Hi, i dont know if this is too much to ask for, but could you show the images that you use as reference in the process in future videos ? And congratulations on your job, thats awesome
Thanks! Unfortunately, I cannot show references because if for example I use a referencd from a big IP, they might try to sue Riot of copying things even if we didnt really copy... thats how the world works.. lol
hello! thanks again for those incredible videos! I have a question how can you make another window in greyscale without changing main window? :o thanks !
May i ask what brushes did u use to line and how to get it thanks! Im new to digital art and i want to learn more, im having trouble with the scaling (i always have to zoom too close that i could see the pixels) and i want to know have to improve thanks again! Your art work is just simply mind blowing (^○^)
I have a question. How do you get so many poses and angles when making thumbnails Do you have a thought process or does come naturally Cause when I try I can barely make another pose
I'm no genius.. You simply need to do your research. Get reference, watch animation, take selfies, pose a toy, sculp clay, etc. I literally do all of those behind the scenes.
It's when I see this kind of process that I say to myself that I spend too much time polishing in BW my base instead of going to the color, the color is really hard and it's difficult to work with ...
Yes there are certain rules, style guides, required story moments, etc. We basically try to do our best to visualize their characters in the story they provided while keeping the Lol Style. We are like doing movie posters for existing characters.
I'm not sure because that part went fast. Maybe you are referring to the smudge brush? It's on my free main brush set. It is called Blender by Nebezial.
deiv, do you happen to know a beginner-friendly photoshop for artist course? I've been a paint tool sai user for 8 years and I feel like the program doesn't fit my needs anymore. Would love to know any recommendations.
I Can't thank you enough for the videos, they are so helpful and inspiring! It helped me quite a bit today as I was a little lost on my path, the music was also great on this one. Thank you very much! n.n!

Always a pleasure watching these videos! I love seeing the creative process, like watching the artist problem-solving
Yah.. i struggled a lot with this piece as you can see. 😅

its really great
love your work
Hii, at 6:54 how are you able to have a coloured and desaturated version that both show changes to the main canvas open at the same time?
youre incredible
I thought I did "too many layers" until I saw layer 800 on it 0.0 I guess the more the merrier!
I believe that was a bug of photoshop.. real layer count is about 100.. still a lot lol.
👍👍
who likes even before watching
hello! thanks again for those incredible videos!
I have a question how can you make another window in greyscale without changing main window? :o thanks !
Window> Arrange> New window. Then View > Proof Setup>Custom>Device to Simulate>Dot Gain 20%. Press Ctrl+Y to toggle this on and off.
@@deivcalviz hey deiv, how come the new arranged windows dont mirror when u mirror the main canvas? thx
Yeah baby~
As every time - awesome work. Can i ask something? Do u MUST to draw like that technic if u wanna work in RIOT games or not?
Any technique is fine. The final output is what is more important :)
Really really, inspiring. How long have you been making splash arts?
Wow Insane work ! I would totally pay for a patreon to hear you do a voice over on what you think and how you do it through PS !
I want to be like you someday. Goodluck future me and do your best current me
may i ask you two questions? 5:54 how do this coloring system works? and how do you paint gold (and other materials like that)

Wow, I have tried taking selfies
But I should try referencing animated media
Thank you for the advice
do you do splash arts lol? like the official ones? like this?
Please read the description. ;)
I some how like it more in black and white. Looks so majestic
It's when I see this kind of process that I say to myself that I spend too much time polishing in BW my base instead of going to the color, the color is really hard and it's difficult to work with ...
Thank you for posting this. Do League have any rules or guidelines for their Splashes or do they just leave it completely to the artists?
Yes there are certain rules, style guides, required story moments, etc. We basically try to do our best to visualize their characters in the story they provided while keeping the Lol Style. We are like doing movie posters for existing characters.
This one is really tricky, cuz a white subject on a bright sky.
Salamat lods ❤️
Hey, hope you've been good, sir. I was wondering what type of brush you used at 22:45. Btw amazing work. keep it up.
I'm not sure because that part went fast. Maybe you are referring to the smudge brush? It's on my free main brush set. It is called Blender by Nebezial.
@@deivcalviz I mean the painting brush, not the smudge one. Sorry if i'm bothering you.

Do you have a real-time tutorial? I want to learn, but I don't understand many of the functions you use.
hello sir, dont you put values on your thumbnails for the client to see the overall composition of the illustration? do they only need the rough lineart?
They only need lines at the start. Values are optional
@@deivcalviz thank you! your artworks are impeccable
4;30 hue sat each value group to get color base
Yup that helps to do base colors using grayscale.
How do you get the values in the separate file?
Does it have to be Photoshop?
謝謝!
