- The ALL NEW Genesis GV80 is here and ready to destroy the luxury SUV competition. Under the hood is a 3.5L twin-turbo V6 that is pumping out 375HP & mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. The Prestige is the top trip and on the outside you will get bold styling, 20in wheels, and a ton of LED lighting. On the inside you will be greeted to a high level of materials, fit, and finish. Yeah they have a lot of great things going on and consumer reviews are only going up and are doing very well in regards to the Telluride, G80, Palisade, Sorento, etc to name a few

One thing I love about your reviews is how detailed you are about the details. Sometimes we need to know these things. You don’t always know to look for these things but you guys always supply the best information.
The GV80 is a game changer in the mid-sized luxury SUV market. I've looked at all the mid sized SUV's and Genesis really knocked it out of the park with this vehicle. In Canada a X5 or a GE450 with the similar options sticker for 10-15K more. I thought after 4 years driving my '18 540i MSport I would have moved over to the X5 but after seeing the GV80 in person and driving it I couldn't see buying anything else.
The grill and steering wheel are growing on me. That's what makes this SUV unique and pop out from a group of cars. Absolute beauty!!

That hood manufacturer emblem into the hoodlines is probably my favorite design aspect of this. Just reminds me of a jet cutting through the air and the lines coming off the wing tips, slicing and dicing through the air

Wow huyndai stepping up I own a veracruz this is all lot nicer still a huyndai I remember people use to say it's just a honda but look at honda today one of the most reliable cars on the market. I think that's where huyndais going.

Watch more auto reviews and you’ll see how many German and European luxury cars don’t get them, even the new Escalade doesn’t get a cooled second row, it’s surprising bro. There’s a dozen other examples. Yet a Kia Forte can get cooled front seats and a heated second row. You’d be surprised for sure! Lol

We've had our Cardiff Green, GV80 Prestige for two weeks now. We live in Colorado Springs and drove to the Telluride Fall Classic auto show last week. In a lot full of McLarens, Ferraris, Porsches, Bentleys and many beautiful classic cars, it was amazing how many people wanted to talk to us about our Genesis. Joe, you failed to mention why the car is so quiet inside - active noise cancellation...just amazing! Also on the freeway the adaptive cruise control coupled with excellent auto lane holding makes this a great hands off self driver. Off the chart great value, especially if you can get the car from a dealer at MSRP as we did. Good luck, though as most dealers are putting up to a $15k premium on the GV80.

I’m convinced that Genesis packs the biggest punch regarding value and features for the price out of any non-exotic car manufacturer. Takes down MB, BMW, Audi, and Lexus. Again. Value…while still being incredibly stylish. Holy cow. I’m personally only in the market for an EV, but there are talks of a GV90. Full size, all-electric Genesis SUV. Sign me up.

I got the first GV80 in Sarasota, Alta White Prestige and have over 500 miles on her and love it. Only a few minor design suggestions, but the vehicle is on point. It catches a lot of eyes as it's a new look.

I recently got G80 2021, I drive mainly in city area and do not see the need to buy SUV . Genesis has come a long way and I am happy with the decision.

Fantastic review! 😍 this is my DREAM CAR. This has the complete luxury im looking for as well as functionality. Like you said I do wish they changed small things like the glowing Name on the inside of the door like some of the other competitors. The massage seats are priceless! Your back hurts driving ALL DAY sometimes. The 3rd row would have been over kill in this vehicle so I do appreciate the folding seats as I do alot of grocery shopping. The Dash vents I did not like at first because it's seems so boxy but you showing the navigation really just beat me using a car vent phone holder lol the wheels aren't my most favorite. I like the g80 sport wheels better but I could live with these wheels they just aren't my favorite at all. The Back seat center console had me surprised I thought it would have more hidden compartments other than cup holders. Overall it absolutely GORGEOUS 😍 ❤ I CANNOT WAIT TO BUY MINE
