Honestly Dragon Ball GT really had an amazing concept. the idea of it being this Grand Tour through out space adventures seeing different planets, races, cultures and battles and having this SyFI feel to it really could have worked amazingly if it was executed properly. felt like Dragon Ball Super could of been something like what GT was trying so hard to be with more of a Dragon Ball Z tone of seriousness and GT interesting characters.

@@banditthiefbakura2077 Well, you can nitpick with the rest, but I still maintain that Baby and the Shadow Dragons were great villains and concepts. Baby is the only villain to have a goal to create, and he was the last Tuffle. The Shadow Dragons were great too because they were punishing everyone for misusing the Dragon Balls on stupid wishes, kinda like they do on Super, lol. And come on, Omega is not as imposing as Cell or Buu? Omega's power and abilities were insane. He makes Buu look like amateur hour. Just his minus energy alone erodes the universe.
@@MatterCool90 It's not nitpicking. GT genuinely had some of the worst antagonists in the franchise. How can someone just not like Dragon Ball GT? Just look at that final shot with Goku going from base form to super saiyan 4, it's hype as hell
Honestly the start is really rough to get through. It starts picking up once the stuff on Gill's planet goes down, but sadly most people drop it before then.
RIP Akira Toriyama. You've gave us a wonderful childhood. A pioneer for all things anime.
Right after hearing the recent news I had to hear this beautiful opening once more.
Thanks for all your hard work, Toriyama-sensei. Your creations had (and still has) a positive impact on many people all around the world, no matter the age. Rest in peace and thank you again, for everything.
Toriyama will be in peace 😢❤ I'm glad he brought me a great childhood. Thank you for create Goku.
You're a hero for uploading this in 4:3 and not ''upscaling'' it to 60 fps.

got shafted hard unfortunately. broooo i have never been so miserable over a mobile game-
Came to pay my respects to a LEGEND
Rest in peace Toriyama, I, as well as millions of others wouldn’t be the same without you. Dragon Ball was my first anime.
If toriy yumam directed dis it would've been da best dragon ball series of all time imo 😤😮💨🤧
I don't care what anyone says. This is my favorite Dragon Ball series and the one I fell in love with
Being 18, Kai is what kickstarted my journey. The greatest journey of my life: Dragon Ball. This franchise is literally a part of me. Rest in peace to the greatest. The most influential… Akira Toriyama.
R.I.P Sir Akira Toriyama, he will always stay alive in our hearts 😔😔😔😔😔
This song hits so different now that he is no longer with us. It’s almost like a send off song to a legacy created by that man.
In memory of Akira Toriyama
I watch
"We are angels"
"I'll give you romance"
and "Dan Dan"
This is the greatest Dragonball opening of all time, no one can top it, this is the GOAT

Rest in peace, absolute legend
Rip Toriyama. My number one art influence...gone. Thanks for the memories.
Arigato, Toriyama-San.
Thank you for a wonderful childhood. 🐉
That transition from Base Goku to Super Saiyajin 4 Goku still gives me goose bumps to this day. GT had the best music in all of Dragon Ball.
Rest in piece, Akira Sensei.
U impact my life, in my memories u'll never die
im still revisiting this everyday to think of him the legend rest in peace
i can’t stop the tears
Nostalgia hurts like a truck man, mostly that this was one of the only things me and my dad bonded over. We aren’t even big on anime but Mexicans love their dragon ball man. Well anyway I’m crying thinkin back watching the lost episodes with him which is why I’m also weirdly nostalgic for Grand Tour lmao
Beginners: shenzou sasayou
Legends: DAN DAN
👍
This song reminds me of being a little kid with all my cousins. We would sit down in a cold basement and watch GT together. ❤
Akira Toriyama the one who made our childhood full of joy and memories, i couldn't appreciate enough that legendary who created one of the best stories and characters ever ❤️
you can say everything about GT, but that opening SLAPS!
Thank you so much for everything Toriyama sensei.
Thank you for everything Akira Toriyama. Your creation will always be remembered with nostalgia and everyone childhood memories 😢
GT had the best concepts and some really good ideas for villains.
But somehow, it doesn't have life in it
lol no it didn't. The only villain who was even A LITTLE good/interesting was Baby. Super 17, the shadow dragons, General RIldo and all the other random villains were not anywhere near as imposing, menacing or interesting as Cell, Buu, Frieza, Vegeta,.
Only worse one I can think of was Jiren, and even he at least is more interesting and fun to watch than every GT villain besides Baby.
Edit: Actually now that I think of it, even jiren was a better antagonist than the shadow dragons. I just rewatched a couple of GT clips and it made me remember how generic and boring the dialogue and story was for most of the shadow dragons.
@@banditthiefbakura2077 "Only worse one I can think of was Jiren, and even he at least is more interesting and fun to watch than every GT villain besides Baby."
Wow, that's hard to imagine a wooden plank generating more charisma than Nova, but ok, you do you.
RIP Toriyama. You are a legend.
thank you for everything king
What a terrible day for Rain
You will always be remembered Akira Toriyama, the best and happiest part of my childhood up till now has been Dragon ball, may you rest in peace

What I loved about GT was that we finally saw Goku’s friends he made in adulthood interact with him in his child like form.
Rip the goat Akira Toriyama💚
Rest in piece the legend: Akira Toriyama. April 5th 1955 Nagoya, Aichi, Japan - March 1st 2024 Japan (Age 68)😢😢😢 Thank you for all of your hard work. Until we meet again....
This was truly the best DB Intro in my Opinion, Akira Toriyama, R.I.P you truly made a master piece inspiring alot of other good anime’s
RIP to a legend. Akira Toriyama’s legacy will live on Forever
Heard this music in all the dragon ball flash games I used to play as a kid, will forever make me feel nostalgic and take me back to those times
