I love JM bullion, ordered on a Thursday and got it on Saturday. Quick , speedy, and the packaging was great. I’ll keep them in regular rotation for my purchases
I've dealt with all of these companies, and had good experiences so far. I would put SilverGoldBull on the list (and make it a top 6! lol) due to their 10oz spot deal and consistently low prices on ASEs and silver Maples.
This is what I really like about this stacking community. Information!!! I never heard of this company, but I will have checked them out by tomorrow, thanks for the tip.
Gotta love APMEX because they are the only online dealer that's an authorized purchaser from the US mint and that means a lot as far as how much you can trust them. I use them 99% of the time and the only other I use is JM bullion.
@@Ffollies Agree very expensive most of the time, but you got to admit they got the best selection I have ever seen. Specialty items, they are my #1 source. I have spent a lot of money with them. Sometimes I cringe when I make a buy from them, but I have always been happy in the end. They are on my always check list. And as I understand it, they are NOT THE ONLY AUTHORIZED purchaser although I don't think there are that many anyway. Always looking for speciality gold items if you have some other suggestions.
Beware of companies that use USPS. I had a coin delivered today by USPS with delivery confirmation. The carrier just signed it and put it in my mail box. A $1900 coin. I would beware of free shipping. If it is signed for then the buyer has to file a claim with USPS to get the refund if the coin is stolen.
Hey Susan don't buy from noble gold they have the highest premiums compaired to everybody have fun stacking its addicting the good thing you got something to show for😁🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
Ehhh, same here but silver is nowhere near it's all time high. That might make you feel better. At least you didn't buy 10 years ago. If you bought $10,000 worth of silver 10 years ago you'd still have about $10,000 worth of silver today.
Provident is a serious no go for Nevada residents. Charging sales tax on junk silver which is NOT what the state law says, since they are "mediums of exchange." Great video btw SD!
Mith. that is a bummer about tax... obviously that’s up to each individual state to do what they want... maybe move on up to Oregon where we have no sales tax at all! 🤷🏽♂️🔥🐉
I've been checking out some of your previous videos, and this one made me understand why many of you guys are talking about the current high premiums with regards to silver. Did some screen freezes, and yikes, items with premiums at $1.49 or so or less over spot. Here I thought I was getting some good deals the other day purchasing items with premiums at $2.99 -$3.99 over spot!!!!
I'm a novice Investor. I highly recommend Money Metals Exchange!!! Not a lot of variety but very investor focused. The novice investor doesn't get sidetracked with numismatics. I do Not recommend Apmex - too pricey and they would not honor a mystery discount they advertised. Haven't tried SD just yet buy Very happy with JM Bullion!!! Great video...as an update...All these dealers are out of stack..found 1 oz american eagle at spot..jmbulion after I purchased 2 at 42 a piece from them a few weeks ago....UHG!
Silver Bullet Silver Shield is a great mintage too. Their rounds are beautiful and contain freedom and Liberty minded concepts. Thanks for the video, I learned some more today 👍🏾
I just started stacking and have compared the websites, what I have noticed is that Monument Metals posts the spot price of gold very closely to what Bloomberg has it listed, SD Bullion is generally $10-15 higher and Providence is close to SD. My advice is to compare the listed price for the quantity you are looking to buy, not just the premium, because a lower premium based on a higher spot will be a higher price.
all those spot deals would be sooo nice today! I checked and all but JM bullion don't have them anymore and JM now only has 1oz gold at spot which is still amazing but I'm not in a spot to buy a whole oz of gold right now even without a $60 premium like it is everywhere else
So sad in Mexico you cant get precious metals online for a retail price, a Mexico 1 oz Silver Libertad online doubles the price and the only way to get them is in a bank and it takes around 7 days of shipping
Nov.21.20 Just made my first order off SD Bullion, got 1 gram of gold and 1oz of silver for $122.07 with free shipping. Will keep updating as soonest i get my shipment.
Flash forward to 2022. Yes, prices have went up on silver. Drooling on the prices here in 2019. $187.60 then, $233.30 for the 10 ounce silver bar. Will we ever see those prices again? Only time will tell. Silver is $18.60 as I type this dropping from a high of $30.00 in the beginning in the year. Keep stacking!!
I don't think it matters what dealer you use. If one charges sales tax they all would, depending on where you live. Doesn't matter where the dealer is located.
I had issues purchasing on JM. It never took me to a payment confirmation page and I never got an email confirmation but it pulled the money out 🤷🏻♀️ I called them and they said they would talk to billing and email me back. I never got an email but they put the money back. I’m hesitant to try to purchase again…
Dragon, it’s much much better to buy from a local coin shop after you’ve established a good relationship. No shipping, no insurance, easy returns and trades, mutual knowledge building, jewelry repair, etc.
Thanks SD...I have not had a good experience with Provident and therefore don't buy from them, unfortunately. JM Bullion and SD bullion have been my go to lately (when not buying on eBay with eBay Bucks)! Great video!

Good review, easy to understand. I didn't know about the spot deals. Unfortunately I just checked all of the sites and all were out of stock. Exact same 5 websites I check out regularly myself. I just started collecting. Maybe because this pandemic has given me a lot of down time. My order would be SD, JM, Monument, Provident, APMEX. My main considerations are price and selection.
They've all pulled back on their spot deals (except sort-a Money Metal Exchange) because of the supply issues. Essentially, the spot deals are a marketing ploy to get customers. Their problem currently is less getting customers and more getting product. So no spot deals.
Silver Gold Bull is the only dealer I have found that will match other mint's deals, so if you find stuff you like from 3 different places then go to Silver Gold Bull. Also it makes meeting minimums if you live in a state that you need to buy a lot to avoid sales tax
Provident: Interprets my local laws in a different way than everyone else. They needlessly charge me sales tax. They make me go to the post office to get my orders if I am not here during the day (why?). They are the most annoying of all dealers listed. JM and Monument Metals are the best.
I tend to agree with you except for your#5 , I've had the only negative experience with precious metals with Apmex to the point where I'm about to make a video about it.
