Easily one of the best Thor films in The Infinity Saga.
Thor and Loki's whole dynamic in this movie is literally everything
Loki smiling at the sight of Thor's lightning is the throwback to "Avengers" movie when on SHIELD plane they see a thunder and then they notice Loki becoming overly tense.
Cap America asks:
- Are you scared of the thunder?
And Loki smiles and replies:
- I'm not overly fond of what comes after.
Because he knows who's coming - and they don't.
This reaction is AWESOME! The moment that Hulk showed up, that made me laugh! XD
She’s great 👍 best scene
If there's one thing I'm most butthurt about being an MCU fan in real time is that they put Hulk in the trailer. Experiencing it vicariously through reactors is the best I'll ever get
@@mikelarsen5836 calm down troll
@@means_well Yeah it was really nice to see someone who wasn't in the know already get an actual surprise from that. It's such a great moment that really shouldn't have been in the trailer. But also for those who had a finger on the pulse of all things Marvel at the time, it was kind of a given. Even if you refrained from watching any trailers, you'd see Hulk on all the merch. Sadly, he really could never have been a secret to be finally be revealed in theater.
Hela in the comic books is Loki's daughter she is the true owner of the hammer. The grandmaster and The collector from guardians of the Galaxy are brother's. The hulk and banner are two different Identity Bruce has the hulk enslaved using him to fight his battles. The hulk just wants to be free. For hulk it's been more than two years because of time dilation which is why he has the mind of a 8 year old.
Thanks it save me from writing it😂
Also in the original stories, Fenris (the giant wolf ) is one of Loki’s offspring
@@scottalynch awoo~
@@Rhodair look up the parentage of Sleipnir, Odins 8 legged steed, if you want a new view of Loki
Thor always wakes up so violently
9:07 "He fought back those disgusting elves"
Colette: "I took that personal"
Good eyes, Collette, recognizing Matt Damon in the stage play. Luke Hemsworth played Thor in that, and Sam Neill played the fake Odin.
People loved Loki at this point. Before this came out, you couldn’t help but start to love Loki
marvel know before finishing off character make people love that character
Why would Hulk want to leave? They worshipped him! They have statues of him?WTF would he ever want to come back to Earth? He is hated and hunted by the military and can’t loose his temper ever without worrying about hurting someone or everyone.
"What a loser, I hate the Grandmaster."
*Y O U T A K E T H A T B A C K .*
Banner hitting the ground was probably the funniest thing I saw that entire year
Oh and I can't believe I didn't see this comment, but Matt Damon also played Loki in the movie Dogma.
Man, Hulk's arc is honestly kind of heartbreaking. He's like the EPITOME of anger management issues, while doubling as a split personality. You can be a well-meaning person, but struggle SO HARD to control angry emotions. In Hulk's case, he literally DERIVES HIS POWER from anger. Like, the angrier he gets, the more powerful he becomes. So, his anger is a weapon for good, but it leads to SO much destruction... which would sway any opinion of you towards the negative side, even though you're trying your best and trying to help. On Earth, Banner is always on the run, always being chased by people who want him dead. The Avengers are basically the only people who respect Banner, but even then, he was betrayed hard at the end of Age of Ultron. Black Widow straight-up pushed him off a cliff to get the Hulk out. Yes, the situation called for it, but that's a clear message telling Banner that the Hulk is all he's good for. And then when the Hulk came out, people were scared shitless of him. So when the Hulk ended up on Sakaar, let's assume through a wormhole, he ended up in a place where people ADORED him, where they ENCOURAGED his strengths and showered him with attention and positive feedback. Every man seeks approval and validation... so Hulk, who was also sick of being entangled with Banner, ended up in a happy place on Sakaar, where he could stay excited enough to remain as Hulk, without needing to become so angry. All Hulk wants, is to be loved. But everyone fears him, which makes him angrier, fueling his strength, fueling their fear, and this is just a vicious cycle of pain and suffering for him... Meanwhile, Banner is scared of the Hulk himself, looking for ways to get rid of the Hulk. Imagine being in a place where you hate part of yourself and do your best to get rid of it, but you literally can't, and it makes everyone dislike and hate you more and more...
By many, including me, this is the BEST Thor movie and one of the best in the MCU
A fun fact: In the norse mythology Hela and Fenrir (the wolf) are Loki's children. So that's why Loki and Hela kinda look alike in the movie.
Believe it or not, Surtur was voiced by Clancy Brown, who's best known for voicing Mr. Krabs in "SpongeBob SquarePants". Also, there was a moment in the trailer for this film in which Thor says to the scrappers, "Hi there.", but it didn't make it into the actual film, just like Peter and Liz's kiss in "Spider-Man: Homecoming". I'm not gonna note the reference, as it's spoiler-ish for Star Wars. When you get to that particular film, I'll update this comment. Anyway, this movie is just pure hilarity through and through, especially with Jeff Goldblum as the Grandmaster. Couldn't have picked a better actor than him. 2nd edit: I mean, Loki still has a target on his back courtesy of you-know-who. He said he'd get the Tesseract. Question is, did Loki take it from the vault or did he leave it there? "Find out when Thor and Loki return in 'Avengers: Infinity War'!" 3rd edit: That big ship can mean only one thing. He is coming.
“Best known for voicing Mr Krabs”
Not to me, but I’m a big fan of The Shawshank Redemption and Highlander.
@@shelbyvillerules9962 Well, to those who grew up in the '90s, at least.
I admit, I was more sad over Mjolnir being destroyed than I was over Odin’s death 😬
It sounds like you had a pretty special and intimate relationship with this hammer and that losing it was almost comparable to losing a loved one.
@@adrianflipflop9054 LOL. Nice one.
When you realize that the voice of Surtur is also the voice of Mr. Krabs on SpongeBob...
Hi Colette, you are rockin' that white and black pok-a-dot outfit!🙂Don't worry Odin will live on in Vahalla, the Asgard afterlife with his wife. Chris Hemsworth's real life brother played him in the stage play. Director Taika Waititi did the voice of Korg. You called it on The Hulk appearing. I had no idea. I wasn't crazy about this in 2017. I think it plays way better nowadays. Great reactions to Thor Ragnarock. Colette!!!🎬👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽Looking forward to your continued MCU journey!🙂
"I think it plays way better nowadays." I'm curious: what do you think has caused this change in your perspective?
@@bigdream_dreambig I went into the film blind, not expecting the tone it took. Also, this was pre-covid when things were just different.
Also Colette the Grand master and the Collector are Elders of the universe
This is one of my favorite MCU movies. And even tho I was burned out on Loki, I still think the actor is good and a good character. This one has a perfect blend of comedy & action. The next film tried too hard to be funny and just wasn’t that good
This was the best feel good movie ever 😂 it’s all heavy stuff next.
You own it girl !!🎉 😂
Great reaction to Thor Ragnarok Colette.😃
Your reaction to the shake-weight 😂😂😂
I'm not sure which is my favourite Marvel movie, but Ragnarök is way, way up there.
Colette, the Hulk reveal just woke up my two cats. 😄
"That place" in the beginning is Muspellheim, the realm of eternal fire, ruled over by Surtr, King of the Fire Giants.
I love you reaction can't wait for infinity war.... Can't help but point out the iroiny that at that you kept saying how much you love Asgard and you could watch a thousand movie with it in it...
RIP Asgard
The actor playing "Thor" is Chris Hemsworth's brother Luke.
The Loki series was pretty good.
Taika was great on this film as a director because this had the right tone balance
Oh lol. Korg is played by Taika Watiti, the director of this film. :)
Didn't realize until after i finished watching half of this vid, but i'm the first viewer :D
(At 41:14) that wolf is the second one to make Hulk bleed.
Awesomeness
Thor 2 Odin: We are not gods, Loki.
Thor 3 Odin: Your sister, the goddess of death...
This is in my top 3 marvel movies of all time
I just noticed! Heimdall is billy butcher
this movie is the comic book movie at its best
“Bravo sis”, you and Jinx literally have the same voice.
There's a funny comedy about Ragnarok, called "Erik the Viking".
HULK IS SOOOOOOOO ADORABLE 🥰🥰🥰
“And we’ll need one with cupholders, because we’re all gonna die, so… DRINKS!”😂
Colette: I could see ten-thousand movies with Asgard
"Three! Take it or leave it!"
Was Odin saying Thor was stronger than an older version of him, because Odin was a bad dude especially in his younger days
27:50 you could put the cam in the Middle of the screen
Kate Blanchett in the missing is a really good movie. ❤
It's too bad that the Mortal Kombat universe already crossed over with DC a while back. It would be cool to have Thor and Raiden meet. They have pretty much the same powers and the same sense of humor. I think I even remember Raiden's weapon being a hammer in MK3.
The end credit was a teaser of avengers infinity wars
Everyone who watches this always say how good the song is, i bet none of them know its from 1970 😂😂
And I think that the guy playing the Thor is Chris Hemsworth’s brother Liam
It's Chris's brother, yes, but it's not Liam. It's actually Luke Hemsworth.
Thanks for the clarification I actually didn’t know that Chris had another brother
24:46 "what if it's the hulk " that was a great prediction
I LOVE MY LOKI💚💚💚💚
Hela is Loki's daughter in Norse mythology (& in the comics) which is why they look similar.
You can really ruffalo in hulks voice and expressions
Great prediction, that Hulk would be the Grandmaster's champion!
I saw this movie in the theater.. And it was a EXPERIENCE. Because this plot was so unexpected. I didn't saw a trailer or something.. Completely blind..
This might be the funniest movie in the Infinity Saga
"I have been FALLING for THIRTY MINUTES!"
Only 6 more left: Black Panther, Infinity War, Ant Man and the Wasp, Captain Marvel, Endgame and Far From Home
all of those are on her patreon
Yeah this one's pretty good it's funny
This is the best thor movie. TBH
26:58 Hulk really doesn’t like asgardians
29:37 AYO moment
What do Red Skull, Ronan, and Hela have in common?
Aight, who screenshotted that 6:51 mark? lol
This is from a month ago and I just found it and
I'm watching it, love your reactions and listening
to you and you make me laugh and I'll watch some
of your past videos and your new ones when they
come out Thanks.😊❤
Well, she is used to be the owner of the hammer and she strong enough to break it if she want
Is colette your first name or how did you think of that name
Marvel welcomes Thor to comedy!
The big question, did Loki take the Tesseract or leave it?
Watch Infinity War to see
Thank you Beautiful Queen!... for another excellent video reaction! You're the best!
Did we not get a Dr Strange in the series?
In the comics, Grandmaster and The Collector are brothers.
The land of garbage? I kinda like “The Refuse Realm” 🤣
U just casually said goodbye hammer?🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
this is one of the funniest films in the MCU, laregly due to Director Taika Waititi who also voices Korg the rock guy.
I love Korg!
Hella had the hammer before Thor did
His past with his brother has always been a Thor point with Loki.
nice to meet you to miss 🌹
I miss when Edward Norton was The Hulk
I've seen a couple of your marvel reactions and I can tell you don't get most of it. The reason hulk wanted to stay and was "being mean" was because he is treated well there. On earth he's a monster. As Hulk, there is no Banner that would wanna help.
YOU look like a younger version of hela, petition marvel in case they bring her back, you are a PERFECT match except younger and more beautiful! remember me when you're rich !!!!
In Norse mythology, the Fenris wolf kills Odin. Jormangandr, the Midgard Serpent, so large it encircles the Earth, is killed by Thor, who dies soon after from its venom.
"This looks like hell"
...
No, Hel is a cold, cold place.
Me gustó la película pero siento que le faltó algo saludos desde México 🇲🇽
Ready to RagnaROCK! You were so close 🤣
Corg is just big lez inspired
idk if you notice but Hulk has a scar on his chest from when Abomination stabbed him in The Incredible Hulk
That's not a Scar, that's just his pectorial muscles... Have you guys forgotten that Hulk has a healing factor?? Sheesh can't even blame yal even Mcu seemed to have forgotten... done my boy Hulk so dirty.
@@David_Scar dude there's a little mark on his left chest

Looking so very beautiful : )
Speaking of Marvel, reupload Amazing Spider-Man 2 & Doctor Strange. Please?
Yes. Please do.
15:04 Wow.
My favorite of the MCU. Great movie! BTW, Korg is voiced by Taika Waititi, AKA the director of the film.
prime mcu
45:04 Daddy's home...
Mark ruffalos best work as the hulk
By shitting on Planet Hulk??

Nah you've definitely seen this.
