Which double din 7 inch screen option do you have that is the latest version to offer? Do you have another with better specs?
Can this system be compatible with a custom amp, subwoofer, etc that has big bass sound?
Does this head unit amplify the strength of the DAB signal? If so how do I turn that off?

Thank you for all the effort that you've put into making these videos, Stuart, much appreciated. I've spent many hours watching and checkin websites for more information. I know that you are asked many questions and can't possibly answer them all, but i will add mine to the lot. The largest screen that will properly fit in my dash opening would be an 8 inch. A size that is quickly becoming less popular. Eonon does make the Q80pro, not a universal fit though. I noticed that a few of the head units that you tested in your jukebox, that came with a canbus decoder box, seemed to work just fine, no error messages etc. I presume that you did not connect the decoder box during the test? My question is can the Q80pro be used with a non canbus eonon wiring harness without running into trouble, error messages etc? (not installed in a GM/Chev vehicle) I have asked the manufacturer, they told me that they don't make a unit specifically for my vehicle and recommended that I look at their 9" or 7" offerings. 9 inch won't fit properly and 7" is only half an inch larger than the OE stereo. I want that extra inch! Sorry, i thought that this would be a brief question.
Hi Dennon, at the end of the day, all head units are the same with regards to the requirement for power and connection to speakers, and they generally all use the same coloured wires so connection is easy. My point is that you will absolutely be able to connect the Q80Pro into any vehicle. The challenge will be the actual physical form factor which is non standard and designed for a specific car

I found the Eonon Q04Pro very interesting as an upgrade for my Saab 9-3 SC Aero 2010 with Bose system.
However, there are a couple of things I find a little confusing, and I think you will have quick answers to them.
In the video, You’re saying how easy it was to install, and steering wheel controls works right out of the box in your Saab. In an answer to another Saab owners question in the chat, you confirm that he needs the ”Amplified Bose Car Stereo Steering Wheel Passthrough Bypass Interface Lead”. I have two questions:
1. Isn’t there pre-out ports on the Q04Pro, and therefore not necessary with the Bose adapter above? Or am I missing something?
2. I got he impression that you said the unit worked directly with the steering wheel controls? Do I really need the Connects2 steering adaptor then?

Great videos. What do you recomend for a honda civic 2002. I know there are a lot of options but one where price vs benfit is balaced..more towards the lower price.
looks like one decent unit with a proper DSP at last. At least one company cares about the sound quality and settings. And that 40+ band EQ is awesome thing if you want to set your SQ right. the one thing they are missing as far as i could notice is that you dont know exactly how much of dB you add or reduce in the eq for a specific frequency band. This is common for all chinese HU.
Do you think this unit would work great with a custom big bass, amp + subwoofer upgraded sound systen?

How does this newer version compare to the Q03pro ? Would you still go for 03pro for that 10.1 screen and price range ?
I am planing to add a amp, subwoofer, and new speakers, and new tweeters to my car. What's your opinion regarding the 4x48W max output power? Can this amount of power handle well with upgraded custom sound systems with strong bass and clarity?

You know by any means if this Eonon could be compatible with a 2011 Land Rover Discovery 4 that uses a DENSO screen on Harman-Kardon audio? Been looking for ANY screen compatible but I am unsure. Thanks and keep it going with the good reviews!
Overall I am happy with my Q40PRO however, the radio tuner is extremely weak. I've read reviews going back to 2015 of people complaining about the tuner and how Eonon said they would do better with future models.
I mail ordered an antenna booster and hope that will do the trick.

Hi, I am planning to replace factory original speakers on Camry 2003 with Pioneer TS-A6970F, 4-Way Car Audio Speakers, 600 watts Max power (100 watts nominal). And i just recently replaced the original stereo with Eonon Q0Pro. My question is Is Pioneer TS-A6970F, 4-Way Car Audio Speakers with 600 watts Max power (100 watts nominal) an over kill for this stereo i am a causal listener. Everything alse in the car is original. So no amplifier etc. Car is quite old but i am planning to keep it for a while. Thank you very much suggestion. Alternative suggestions also appreciated.
Hey brother, did I hear you wrong when you mention the screen resolution? Isn't it nearly 1080p? The website says 1024x600.
Does it use z-link? I use dasaita for my 2013 cx-5, but my phone connects when it feels and likes wireless to the headunit. I haven't figured how to fix it
After about 2.5 weeks I still do not have a fully working unit . About 24 emails to and from there tec support with up dates and reinstalls and 2 dab units plus me trying a roof aerial. Started with the dab app had not been put on my unit and the big problems with the dab are hardly any station have enough signal to work and the real killer is as soon a you put the car light on the dab sound goes straight off. I must have spent over 10 hours trying things plus doing what they asked . Not helped at one point when a email said they can see my unit has soft wear problems. I have emailed asking for my money back. My car is a 2006 Focus so just a run of the mile car.

I have a problem with my eonon. I turn off my car, and after a little while (about 10 min) and I turn it on, the multimedia turns on properly. BUT, if I turn off the car and leave it off for a night (about 8hours),, it doesnt turn on again. I have to take out the car fuse and put it back to turn it on again. Does anyone got that issue before? I tried to contact suppor of eonon Brazil but they ignored me.
Can you recommend a head unit for a f56 mini?
After finally fitting it now find no dab radio plus normal radio will not search or find station other than manually doing it plus then losses and pre set station . Steering wheel control worked then stopped. All this just worked on my Kenwood. Spent an hour try to connect android auto and given up. Looks so easy on the video. The old saying buy cheap buy twice sadly seems true.

like does it have to be sucked back alittle to make space for the trime piece that frames the edges of the screen?
i ordered this unit to install in my 2009 honda fit (with the relavent double din dash kit) and it wasnt a good fit at all.
the units face was wider then the beauty trim. and the trim, if put in place, covered half of the face buttons.
unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) i took the whole thing to a radio shop to have them install it and they told me it was DOA anyway.
wouldnt even power on.
So i sent it back and have ordered the Q03Pro 10 inch instead.
Figured id give it one more chance since you spoke so highly of it and the brand.
The thing about universal units is that they sometimes require a bit of custom work to get them looking the way you want. In this car, it's flush

Hi there I'm struggling with the installation of my eonon 10.1 inch, I'm getting a screen flicker (possibly bad earth) and no audio (more than likely the amplifier) can you please help?
Screen flicker - I've not seen this before. My first point of call will be to chack all the cabling whilst the unit is switched on to see if moving them around stops the flickering as this will identify a loose connection. If it doesn't, you might have a faulty unit
No audio - Yes, you haven't triggered your amp. You haven't told me what car you have, but if it's a 9-3 and you're using the Connects2 loom, you'll find a blue and white loose wire on that loom and you need to supply 12v to it. Do that either with the amp wire on the Eonon, or by tapping the red wire

Hello. It s not very clear for me but as far as I understand, most of the aftermarket units you are testing works for Saab 9-3 post 2008 but for 2003-2007 models with ICM2/3, the only way is to adapt them with new screen as all showed in all your tutorials. Am I correct? Thanks

Hello, bought yesterday the q04pro but having a problem with WIFI it says saved but won't connect and when i press connect again it asks me again for wifi password even though I'm 100% sure the password is correct.
I also checked date and time settings and time zone it is all correct.

@@ApollyonSt33l a standard single din is the easiest to fit in place of the factory CD player. You could power it and feed it directly into the Aux of the factory system

None of them come with cages. The cage is generally part of the kit you buy for your specific car

Hi, do you sign into these head units with your Google account? There are reports of accounts being hacked and compromised after signing in on them because of malware. Have you ever had any suspicious logins on the accounts you use?
It is a rule that you don't use your main Google account on any Android head unit. Use one specifically for your car

@@Minwol yes of course, there are no restrictions, you can do what you want. It's just not wise to put your main Google account credentials into an Android device which doesn't have the latest security updates and that other people can access if they are in your car without you

Yes, because the seperate kit for the 9-5 is double din. You'll obviously need the incartech wiring harness so everything plugs in (like this 9-3 needs the connects 2 loom)

This is very poor value for purchase in the UK. With your discount code it comes in at $169 but as soon as the country is changed to UK the amount goes to £165. That's a rip off, the market rate is around £135 right now. I've emailed them and their response is wait until the exchange rate falls but it's their exchange rate setting this. One heck of a rip off, I think UK users would be best avoiding this.
