I live in China but I have to say there's been a long time since I heard people talked about this brand. No idea they are reaching out to more international consumers. I guess the quality of the products are okay for the price, but makeup market in China has become really competitive these days, especially in packaging area that Zeesea doesn't even stand out anymore. How crazy!

Other brands like “Florasis”, “Girlcult”, “Joocyee” are also known for beautiful packaging. “Perfect Diary”might be the biggest brand, although personally I’m not a fan of their products. The problem is I’m not sure how people outside of China can get hold of any of these brands😂😂

Lady, you just made me FINALLY take the plunge to buy some Egyptian palettes and 3 of those drop dead gorgeous dragon lippies. Too bad they do not have the Egyptian lipstics withe hyroglyphics embossed on the bullet anmore. They were also absolutely stunning...waited too long. I just never knew whether it just looked pretty and the quality was "mehw", but after your review today I trust that I will highly enjoy these products. I used their lipstick and I really like quality. Very fine. I also really like their concealer, which is shocking for the price! A little bit goes long way over parts of my face instead of foundation and it is flawless! I will definitely repurchase.
Tbh I’m actually excited about the subtle pigments of the matte colors cause I like to have a sheer eyeshadow look (and I would loooove to dry the little star glitters ahhhhh)! I’m also excited to one day try that black glitter because I’m a metalhead lol 👀

Maogeping is pretty good, but the price is so high! It definitely is luxury! I like my foundation, but it requires some technique; same with the highlighter, which is more brightening than glowy. The aesthetic of the brand is really what sells. I remember lusting after the Forbidden Palace inspired pieces. They don't ship internationally, I believe. I had to ask my friend to pick up a few items for me when she went to China.

Thanks Morgan! I've been eyeing the Zeesea Facebook ads but haven't pulled the plug because I wasn't sure about the quality and haven't heard anyone really talking about them. So, it's important to note that it's not *Aliexpress* you shouldn't trust. Because Aliexpress is just a marketplace like amzon. A lot of established brands use Aliexpress to reach a farther market. There are a lot of good makeup brands that sell on Aliexpress, but a lot of shady ones do, too. You have to do your independent research on the brand itself because Aliexpress doesn't have any safety standards for sellers. They just have to pay a fee to be allowed to sell on the site.
I heard to absolutely not by these kinds of makeup on aliexpress that the authentic version is on the actual site. I heard aliexoress sells knockoff versions which is why it's not safe to buy makeup from that site. Just by on zeesa website.
I will be honest I am not sure on ingredients! But if you do choose to order, make sure it’s through the links I gave to ensure that you are getting the authentic products!

Well, they are cruelty free which is great for me. I bought one palette, one foundation and a lipstick. I liked the quality and I will buy more... this luxury collection attracts me. I see they are trying so hard to be in the competitive and demanding western cosmetic world. I ordered from Japan through their website, the only thing is that it took more time than average to get to me, but it happens with all the products I order from China. Maybe kind of custom policy here.

There’s a new law in China from 2014 for companies manufacturing Cosmetics products inside China... anyway, go and read it too. I’m happy the international pressure from costumers against animal testing is making such a great change especially in a country like China. They must be very aware about their bad reputation so in order to compete they must change.

I just made an order for their Palace Identity collection. Ok HOLY CRAP! I thought the palettes were small like a Colourpop 9 pan size. I got the beautiful Dragon lipstick in red brown, the Reindeer pink setting powder. the Ankh palette and from the Mayan the Chrystal Skull. I admit the Skull is for the packaging itself. Hahaha. I told my boyfriend I was making a luxery purchase. I wanted something beautiful and luxurious. LOL

You should check out floralis! They have the most beautiful products you'll ever see but they're more for a natural look. The german youtuber alycia marie testet the floralis products and she had the same struggles with the lipstick as you did 😂😂😂
I am an ancient Egyptian culture freak, so love the packaging but the colors don’t speak to me that much. I have so much makeup that I have to declutter with each purchase, so I have to really love something to do that. The last thing I bought was the Scott Barnes Atelier pallet, which called my name, but every color has been done, at this point, and I don’t wear super bright colors a whole lot, anyway. I have skipped the Circo Loco and will also skip the new extended Zendo. I have lots of ND, PMG, Sydney Grace,ect, to play with all the color that I could ever want.

I have one palette, the one with the Egyptian cat and I don’t find the fragrance strong or bad. Too Faced’s that’s annoying 😂.
It’s present in all of them, the scent has not gone away on any of mine yet but it is not bothersome to me!

Well, they are cruelty free which is great for me. I bought one palette, one foundation and a lipstick. I liked the quality and I will buy more... this luxury collection attracts me. I see they are trying so hard to be in the competitive and demanding western cosmetic world. I ordered from Japan through their website, the only thing is that it took more time than average to get to me, but it happens with all the products I order from China. Maybe kind of custom policy here.

Hi! I'm no expert, but I thought all cosmetics sold in China had to be tested on animals? How could a Chinese brand be cruelty free then?
@@Siriastimeflies I’m not expert either, but they have a large statement on their website about their cruelty free policy. There’s a new law in China from 2014 for companies manufacturing Cosmetics products inside China... anyway, go and read it too. I’m happy the international pressure from costumers against animal testing is making such a great change especially in a country like China. They must be very aware about their bad reputation so in order to compete they must change.

Gorgeous packaging and great prices! I love your eye look! I'm going to buy a few pieces. Wish you'd tried the lip sticks. I don't believe in not using stuff, life is too short not to enjoy what you have. But I know some people prefer to just look at things and that's cool. Great over view!

I just made an order for their Palace Identity collection. Ok HOLY CRAP! I thought the palettes were small like a Colourpop 9 pan size. I got the beautiful Dragon lipstick in red brown, the Reindeer pink setting powder. the Ankh palette and from the Mayan the Chrystal Skull. I admit the Skull is for the packaging itself. Hahaha. I told my boyfriend I was making a luxery purchase. I wanted something beautiful and luxurious. LOL

I have purchased some of these pallets a year ago? and thought "oh this is another Asian powdery eyeshadow without pigmentation" but look at you! I didn't know that it could make such a gorgeous eye look! I gotta pull them out from my collection boxes and try again! 😍😍

You should check out floralis! They have the most beautiful products you'll ever see but they're more for a natural look. The german youtuber alycia marie testet the floralis products and she had the same struggles with the lipstick as you did 😂😂😂

I am an ancient Egyptian culture freak, so love the packaging but the colors don’t speak to me that much. I have so much makeup that I have to declutter with each purchase, so I have to really love something to do that. The last thing I bought was the Scott Barnes Atelier pallet, which called my name, but every color has been done, at this point, and I don’t wear super bright colors a whole lot, anyway. I have skipped the Circo Loco and will also skip the new extended Zendo. I have lots of ND, PMG, Sydney Grace,ect, to play with all the color that I could ever want.
The matte dragon lipstick is really nice, not too drying matte. The prettiest lipstick I have ever seen. WOW!!!
