  • What's up guys and welcome to a new What I Ride!
In this video I'll show you the bike that replaced the 2013 BMW GSA1200, a very nice 2013 Yamaha XT1200Z SuperTénéré Worldcrosser!
There is some work to do on the bike (previous owner did some crap on it), but otherwise it's in quite a good shape!
Let me know what you think of it in the comments!

Well, add another bike to my wish-list thanks to Pierre... Beautiful bike!
Safe journeys and I can't wait to see some Tenere adventures!

      Thanks my friend!
Truth be told, If I had the chance, I would've avoided the black color scheme...I like my bikes a tad more flashy, know what I mean? (I love the new metallic grey/blue rims/blue forks scheme)
Then again, thanks again Crj! :)

      Why thank you Kras! :)
There's a couple stuff to work on, but other than that, I'm happy with the bike :)

Nice new purchase my friend! I must admit though, I prefer the genuine Yamaha luggage over that GIVI Trekker luggage, I've never liked GIVI stuff to be honest. But I'm glad you are happy with it, but I am a little sad to see you leave the BMW family! Hopefully once my passport is sorted and I've done some riding in Europe, I can do a trip down to Italy. Enjoy my friend, I hope the Super Tenere brings you many miles of smiles!

      Thanks matey!
Yeah the looks of the genuine Yam panniers are definitely miles better, but I was researching a bit around the web, and I've discovered that the mechanism for locking them is quite fiddly/unreliable... Givi, on the other hand, I had a set like this one on the tiger800xc, and they were super reliable. This summer's trip will be a big test for the ST: if I like it, I'm gonna keep her and maybe go search for a fresher model (this one's a tad beaten in certain spots, and the previous owner did a tad too many questionable things on her)... If me and the pillion don't like it... Well, time to go searching again! Lol

Hm... no offense buddy, but I really didn't get along with the Super10. It's the only bike I've kept for just a couple months (and I mean literally a couple: 2)!

Please do tell more about what you didn't line about the super 10. I've never been on one but am curious about it as a second bike.
