I have a easy simple breakfast, 1/3 cup of steel cut oatmeal, add some chia seeds, flaxseeds, a little cinnamon, 10 oz of water, pop it in a small 1 quart slow cooker, and cook it on high for 1 hour, while it’s cooking i do my morning exercise, when I am done exercising my Oatmeal is ready, Seems more healthy, than your breakfast, forgot topping it 1/2 cup of blueberries when it’s done, also eat 1/3 cup of walnuts with it.

Spinach Wrap -It looks healthy 😂 Costco Yukon Mashed Potatoes Costco Bacon Bits Scrambled Eggs Chorizo Supremo Creama Hernandez Verde Salsa Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese Heat the wrap on one side flip and drop cheese on to melt. Have your Chorizo prepared how you like preferably crispy. Heat the mash and scrambled eggs and add a cup of each to center of wrap. Half a cup of the chorizo and bacon spread nicely. Then 2 tablespoons of the salsa and a tablespoon of the creama. Wrap it nicely and put it on the pan to brown up on each side. Slice and bite.
