❤I am a WOC and I used the line for the first time this weekend. I was absolutely blown away. I purchased the thick line and it blew me away. The softness I felt was phenomenal. The conditioner truly goes a long way as well as the masque. What really shocked me was the leave n. I was skeptical but when you have a foundation that cleanses the strands the way the shampoo does, it’s easier for the next product to penetrate. I used the curl cream and topped it off with a gel by UFD. Not only did I have amazing results, but my hair smells brilliant. I know this is an old video but I wanted to definitely 👍🏾 thank you for the products. Now to try the pills 😊

I love the cute chunky bottles - glamorous and modern!
I used the fine to medium mask and it blew me away. I used it again to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. Great results again! I now have the total line. The regular shampoo feels a bit like a clarifier, which concerned me at first, but I suppose that’s so the conditioner and/or mask can really penetrate.
I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for 3 weeks now and im in love! I can’t wait to try out the other products!
Literally my favorite shampoo. I have the thick formula and my hair has never been smoother or shinier! and the volume!!

Really love the scent of the Clean Nettoyer Shampoo. The smell is beautiful & stays for a long time in the hair. I use Quai Detox now because it’s better for Oily hair & the scent is quite good .

I was nervous about trying Ouai products. It seemed overly hyped and wasn’t sure how legit it was. And for the price I remained skeptical for some time. Until recent when my hair went through a change and needed something to revitalize it. And I am SO HAPPY I went for it! 10/10 recommend! It does exactly what my hair needs! It’s soft, silky, smooth, shiny. My hair hasn’t felt this good in 2 years.

So I’m really having a hard time deciding if I need to get the medium or thick set, or possibly a combo of the both? My hair is normally medium and wavy but I recently decided to go on a bleach Escapade and now it’s super dry and damaged, even with the olaplex I used and have continued to use. My waves that I had beeN working so hard on getting back are now back to being over processed and straight with extreme frizz! So I guess my question is should I use the thick shampoo and medium conditioner, or vice versa? Or should I just stick with the medium set or use the thick set for a while? I also am trying to keep what little wave I have left so I don’t want to weigh it down to much but I definitely need the moisture. Any and all help is more than welcome! TIA!

I love the simplified shampoo system. I use the Thick-Thick combo and love it ! Please make liter pumps. The bottles are a bit hard to squeeze. I am decanting them to empty liter bottles but would love to have ouai liter bottles in my shower :-)

I bought the thick hair shampoo and conditioner because that’s what the quiz said I needed for my super dry hair. I normally only wash my hair once a week, but should I wash twice a week to help with my hair receiving more moisture?
And I assume the detox shampoo is for all types corrrect? I just spent over $300 on the Ouai line at Ulta (including 2 of the perfumes which I am obsessed with! Didn’t know you guys made them and I’m happy you did!!) so I’m now finally doing research after buying them of course haha

Best hair products ever used on my curly hair ❣ Perfumes on the products impeccable 💓 if a bit more affordable, would buy them constantly ~ now occasionally 😔 ps i love the conditioners bottles cause they are soft. Shampoo bottles bother me cause they are harder, stiffer i mean. So i dislike refilling it 🙄

Pretty cool. I’m a dude with long hair and I was wondering if this smells.. feminine or manly, to be frank. It seems like this company is really upfront and honest, that’s nice to see. Also if there’s like maybe a brand that doesn’t smell super fruity or like flowers, could you point me in their direction? Thanks! (:
Samurai Ninja Hey! I use the OUAI shampoo + conditioner and they don’t smell fruity or floral, or even feminine - I would say it just smells fresh and lovely! My brother also loves the scent. It definitely suits male and female, so don’t be put off!
The answer is to create a higher quality pump that you can purchase separate and reuse over and over again... It's been two years, help us out here

Yes, I wish she didn’t adopt that way of speaking. As a Canadian we tend to use the uplift tones at the end of sentences, but this is more exaggerated and quite annoying to listen to. Not professional. “Like literally”....

Hardly anyone can keep up with you. the price is a bit high, especially for the treatment and the leave conditioner spray. the oil is priced ok because it is economical and lasts a long time. could you say something about animal ingridients in your products? and please keep north bondi fragrance forever 😊💟💟💟..😚😚 love kisses and hugs 💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟
