      Elite athletes, in my opinion. As a martial artist and osteopath I am in awe at what dancers' are capable of doing.....and making it look effortless.

    Hi! These excercises are really great! I'd really love to see more of them. I hope your research continues to keep your dancers happy and healthy! And if we can learn some things from you it would be even better!

    How can the last exercise be done with a Theraband? Very interested as I haven’t be flexible as I am a dancer as I think it’s called psoas mine is very tight
