Hi! I'm using a 700C x 35. That seems to be the maximum clearance for this frame. The steel version of this frame has a bigger tire clearance. I'm happy with the 700C x 35. Supple enough and light enough to pedal.

Would glad to know if it can fit 38c at the back if possible from someone who owns the actual bike. is it possible for you to test fit it please?
Hi sir! If you order the Koozer CX5000 which is the aluminium variant of this Koozer CX category... I am sorry. But it can only accommodate up to 700x35C. The steel version which is the CX5300 can accommodate a wider tire.

Please advise with size: I'm 178cm and use 54(M) with TopTube 540-550mm on most bikes, but given sizes are strange - 50 is M(for 170-175cm) and 52 is L(180-185cm)? Which one should I choose - 52 or 50?
The bar tape I used on this build is a regular length road bar tape. My bar size is a 42. So it's so wide. The brand is ciclovation. At the time I'm replying to you the left side of that bar tape has been ripped because I crashed at the C5 extension airport road area. A guy all of a sudden crossed the road without looking and I crashed into him. I wasn't hurt at all but the guy fell on the floor with my bike. But he was okay a just some minor bruises. Good I wasn't going fast pasyal pace, or as path less pedaled would call it party pace.
@@alvaroadventures . For me it's quite comfortable. Yes. I didn't crash today... I wouldn't even think of changing the bar tape. The crash was an Easter miracle for me. I wasn't even hurt. It's like I didn't even have contact with the guy. Its as if I jumped on top of him, because I landed on my feet running to stop my momentum. When I looked back the guy was on the ground with my bike. really wide. I wasn't able to catch it on video because I wasn't recording yet at that time. I was going record after that area and I was't using my chest mount. Sorry for the long story. I'll be posting the video today's ride as soon as I can. Thank you for your comments.
Смазывание барабана перед установкой кассеты не имеет вообще никакого смысла. Так же как и не имеет смысла смазывание резьбы гайки которая крепит кассету на барабане. При этом я иногда вижу как это из раза в раз повторяют. И вот мне просто интересно - зачем вы это делаете? Или у половины "мастеров" в сервисах гуманитарное образование?
Cмазывание барабана - действительно спорный вопрос, притом, если кассета плохая, то со смазкой повышается шанс ее срыва под высокой нагрузкой, тут скорее вопрос защиты от попадания в зазор между барабаном и кассетой воды. По поводу гайки и других резьбовых соединений - не согласен категорически. В свой мастерской я использую установочные пасты (керамическая, медная или графитовая). Существуют также специальные смазки от тех же шимано. Нужны они для того, чтобы в местах, где сила затяжки высокая, рано или поздно болт не прикипел, иначе потом его выкрутить крайне тяжело. Использую пасты для закручивания каретки, кассеты, переключателя.

I'm using a Shimano GRX RD - 812 for the 11- 46. It's very reliable. I can't complain.

Sorry to hear about your crash.. is the bartape comfortable though? And if you didn't crash do you think it would last long?
